We went t o a posh paella place in Spain once. After we'd finished, DH asked the waiter for a bag of crisps.

The chef seems dead nice to the contestants

Chef seems quite pleasant, despite the wankery. So at least there's that.

If the kitchen blew up, she'd be like, well its all been vaporised but we're just gonna work with it

DD is asleep - if she were awake I'd turn it off, I think it might finish her off right now! Really disappointing that she's poorly again because she was so much better for a week or so. She even managed to do her SATs off timetable! They're talking all sorts of new tests they haven't done yet, so maybe something will come of it.

Why would you make brioche immediately before service? Surely if it’s soaked you can prep before?

What do the contestants really get out of cooking horribly pretentious food that someone else has spent months/years perfecting.

It's absolutely not going to help them to become the resident chef on This Morning.

But red onions are spheres.
