Not 100% sure what it's about but I'm gonna give it a go and didn't see a thread.

Google tells me it's from the creators of " The Traitors" a BBC hit from late last year and spawned versions around the world.

From what I can tell there's an elevator and meant to be rich and poor people and you can rise or fall in this " society" as I say I'm not too sure but let's see if others are giving it a go or know more.

I won't be watching live though unfortunately

Please Jack to go ! I don't often feel so strongly about (against) people in these programmes.

ItsTrueLou · 05/04/2023 23:02

I hope it's Jack; I'm way too invested in this!

rach971 · 05/04/2023 23:02

@VooVooV Same, I hope he goes.

She's just as disgusting as him. She's absolutely pathetic. Literally makes me wanna throw something at the screen 😂

Thegoodbadandugly · 05/04/2023 23:03

If they do another series I hope they stop this shit of getting to am important decision then ending the programme it's really off putting and not sure I'd watch again after this series because of that reason.

LimitIsUp · 05/04/2023 23:13

Jack has been an egotistical despot since he got to the Penthouse. I hate the way he thinks he calls all the shots and believed that he has already won. He was to blame on the pest control task too - it was him who was adamant they should go straight to the cockroach level. Also the way he turned on Connor and kept reminding him his days were numbered. He is vile, and whilst Rossi is a more sympathetic character, fundamentally he's just Jack's little bitch

I like Rossi it's a shame he's got himself involved with Jack but I guess they all have to make alliances to stay in the game. I do think Connor should have been allowed to leave ( I think that was probably a set up to be honest by the TV bosses so the funds weren't depleted which would have ruined the show. I think they probably whispered in Connors ear right change your vote we will put you in the basement tell them your leaving you might have a good chance of winning. He reminds me of him out of laurel and hardy!

Yes, I agree with this, the odd one fine. But every night is just tedious.

mydogisthebest · 06/04/2023 09:32

I hope both Jack and Sydney get booted out. Can't stand either of them. They seem to think they are on Love Island. Both need to grow up.

kc431 · 06/04/2023 18:46

Especially as she said “I want to make my daughter proud”. Yeah I’m sure her daughter will be proud when she gets older, watches the show and sees her mum in bed with some bloke on day 1! Honestly I think Matt, Ramona and Eddy would be the best rulers.

rach971 · 06/04/2023 20:32

@kc431 Literally that! And then she's telling Jack she's been sobbing because she's been missing him. They were apart like two or three days and she's known him not even two weeks?! She shouldn't even be in charge of a small human and the fact she thinks her behaviour will one day make her proud is absolutely delusional

VooVooV · 06/04/2023 22:06

Please Jack to go

VooVooV · 06/04/2023 22:10

And Sydney reacting the way she is = perfect demonstration of why she should never have gone up

VooVooV · 06/04/2023 22:45

Well Joas defo needed to go after that. Utterly ridiculous behaviour.

almay · 06/04/2023 22:45

Sophie is awful

saddilema · 06/04/2023 22:52

Has it been explicitly stated that it is one of the rulers that takes the prize fund? Or could there be a twist and one of the grafters that gets it?

rach971 · 06/04/2023 22:53

I mean it did say only a ruler can win it but I'd be genuinely surprised if there wasn't a twist at the end

mscynical · 06/04/2023 22:56

Interesting that Sophie is a politics student 💩

Merrilydancing · 06/04/2023 23:21

Wow, just done a binge watch of the last 4 episodes, had been losing interest, but just wow, losing £14k on the prize fund and then sophiegate!

ItsTrueLou · 07/04/2023 00:06

Sophie deliberately tried to avoid Joas' accusation - she knew he was onto her lies over the vote. Why was she able to get away with that chest bump action? She got into his physical space, why did the producers not pull her up? it was a form of intimidation.

HostessTrolley · 07/04/2023 08:33

I reckon Sophie will try to push Joas out for the money

Foxgate · 07/04/2023 08:43

Joas waggled his finger in her face, grabbed her hand and pushed it down and then threw water in her face. Think he was the intimidating one

Thegoodbadandugly · 07/04/2023 09:41

I don't think Joas or Sophie were particularly nice they have only taken her because she will be easy for them to boot, however she and Noah had an alliance so he may use that to boot Sydney and the other geezer out.

RedToothBrush · 07/04/2023 10:17

VooVooV · 06/04/2023 22:45

The worst thing about it was I said to DH he would kick off after he didn't get the curry. He was a ticking time bomb. He just proved himself to be exactly what I thought and then hide behind the bullshit of him being Brazilian for it.

No just a rude, babyman who gets aggressive with women.

RedToothBrush · 07/04/2023 10:21

HostessTrolley · 07/04/2023 08:33

Joas was ejected.

Worst bit about the episode was watching the cutaways to interviews with contestants before the rulers had voted and knowing they were after the vote and Sophie had been picked because she was plastered in makeup whilst still in her jumpsuit and she hadn't got it on when the rulers went to the red room.

Sydney needs to go for being utterly wet and devoid of personality
