Ry definitely was the right one to go. He hadn't thought about how to display the main product, shoes fgs! The comment he made about the same shoe in different colours was so weird.

Right from the word go I thought Monika's trellis thing was just odd. She could have saved herself so much time and effort just buying a piece of...trellis.

I've looked at the three shop's Instagrams today and you can't really see very much of the shop interiors at all.

I think that Monika didn’t buy trellis because her concept in her head was much much better quality and design than trellis. She talked about better lighting for it too, but admitted she ran out of budget. It ended up looking like shit trellis. She had a lesson there in making sure you can actually execute your idea.

Do we not hear what the owners think? I must admit, if I was an NHS worker, I'd want to escape the NHS theme colours while I was at the seaside.

Wasn’t a big fan of Temi’s TBH, I think even she was shocked she won this week.

Yes when Monica was talking about big pieces of furniture I felt sure she was going to get rid of Tom because of his massive cupboard.

I think Temi in general has got away with a lot so far (especially that canopy bedroom in the hotel that looked like a laundry room). I was a bit underwhelmed by her beach hut too - the seat looked too small, and it looked a bit minimal for a family.
I liked Jack’s and Monika’s. I didn’t think it mattered that her “gin hut” wasn’t too beachy, because it was a gin hut after all. But I didn’t like the gold tiling round the sink.
I was sure Tom was going when Michelle mentioned the obtrusive furniture. At least it wiped the smirk off his face for 30 seconds.

Temi? My eyes must be different from the experts as I really can't see what they can. It's a shame we haven't seen the clients reactions.

I was between Tom and Peter to go this week.

I think of Monica had used shell shaped art deco style handles around the chalet and maybe a wave shaped glass tile instead of the hexagon ones I think she could have got away with a nod to the beach for her gin den. Monica not realising about the porch bit being part of the design reminded me of when they do shops and forget about the shop front.
