Ron is an utter knob, and Lana should have gone to the day bed. I love a bit of Heart Rate Challenge. But it’s just not sexy, just all a bit yuck. I’m glad they all had a wash before they got licking. Will at least camped it up, which suited him.

why was there an “oh fuuuuuck” when the new lass came in at the end? Does he know her?

I thought it seemed like Tom recognised her too. I genuinely can’t see what boy Claudia would be interested in in the villa. 🤷‍♀️

Well after being up all night with food poisoning I've just caught up on last nights episode and I swear some of these performances are bringing me fresh waves of nausea...!

I don't know what to make of Will. They had sex so Jessie must like him, no matter how cynical you are there isn't any need to sleep with your partner in Love Island unless you genuinely want to so there must a genuine connection there, but Wills dance... 😬🙈😆

The guys never come off well in these, the year of Ovie and Chris the Salmon was good as Chris went down a funny route that was pitched just right and Ovie was god like, and even Curtis with his unbelievably camp Madegascar Lemur dance did well as you could tell he can genuinely move, but this years crop didn't quite hit the mark - I have to give kudos to Will for having zero inhibitions mind 🙈

Tom seemed a bit standoffish when Samie was doing her dance but thought maybe he was trying not to get too excited? It must be really hard (pun intended) for the guys to not show their excitement when they're wearing such short shorts...

Totally over Lana and Ron. She's a fool and his ego needs it's own solar system. I thought Casey was mature about it and he seems well liked by everyone else in the house.

Don't think the new girl is going to go down well. I know we've just seen 5 seconds but that was a bit of a stiff entrance; nerves maybe? Can't picture her with anyone in the house apart from maybe Tom or Casey. We shall see anyway...!

I thought this too. At one point he looked like he had a face of thunder, like he was really fucked off but then it kind of dissolved in to a bit of a “I can’t cope” expression. Read the stories from Zara saying that Tom has a really bad temper but it’s edited in a way that we don’t see it and it’s made me wonder about him a bit.

I read something today about his heavily produced it is.
Apparently in one series (implied it was the one with Wes), a ‘bombshell’ went in and the boys refused to talk to her until the producers pulled them aside and said they had to play the game. Supposedly they were arguing with each other over who had to be the one to pretend to chat to her. How utterly humiliating for the girl involved.

Have you seen Unreal? I now watch all reality shows with that in mind!

That's why Big Brother back in the day.. Will always be more favourite reality tv series.
No days off, no forced chats and set up filming. Mics off only when sleeping or swimming.
Actually seeing how all sorts of relationships evolve over many weeks.
Plus being able to watch live feed!

I was going to say this earlier. Remember the constant live feed? It was very slightly delayed and I think they cut off with nature sounds when they removed offensive bits! I loved it. I used to have a friend who was in an early series. I never thought to ask about the production side of things, I think I just thought it was all totally real... and I can't remember him ever saying otherwise.

Not sure about the swimming though... think the most they ever had was a sex pond in later series 😂

I can’t find first look! Soooo disappointed in Lana, she used Casey to make Ron jealous, I thought she was better than that! Hope someone lovely comes in for him! Wonder who the new girl will go for, Ron or Tom would be my first thought.

First look is up. Claudia seems (from what limited info we have) very keen on Casey and has chosen him and Tom for her first date. Casey seems delighted. She's 'my type to a tee' etc

TBH I think it has to be a recoupling (if so, Ellie will go home).

Claudia is distinctly average looking up close. Nowt wrong with being average looking, but she’s not as drop dead gorgeous as I thought she was initially. Samie and Lana and Ellie definitely draw your eyes to them more.

Surely not another recoupling? Isn’t it only 2 nights since the last?
