That picture is the exact thumbnail image used on iPlayer for the last episode of series 2 (which I'm rewatching so instantly recognised!). So I think that account has it wrong - it's certainly not a new picture of something filmed for series 3, anyway.

I think the gentle way that Neil spoke to Ryan after Catherine visited him in the shop was very effective.

So was the angry way that Ann told him her feelings on the matter.

I think Ryan knows enough not to go with the Wankertron. His mum killed herself because of TLR, Ryan is in no doubt now how Ann feels about what TLR did to her, and his Granny can't live with him if he's seeing TLR, so surely he must weigh it all up and make the right decision? Surely he's googled TLR's crimes?

I'm just worried about who else TLR hurts, and kind of hoping the Knesevicz's just kill him.

SW has said before that she knows SL will know when something will work. They've been working together since she was writing for Raquel in Corrie, which must be 30 years ago or so?

I think lots of viewers would be livid if things aren't properly resolved. There has to be at least a satisfactory ending, even if it's not all roses round the door.

I don't need every loose end tied up, that's not realistic, but I hope it's not one of those ambiguous fade to black type endings. Or I'll be fewmin'

@Osteospermum Is it usual for someone like Rob to be released from questioning on the same day that he discovered his wife's body ? Would he not be number 1 suspect ?

He would be number 1 suspect (spouse with DV history) but at the moment there is nothing except circumstantial evidence. The police can’t hold him indefinitely so would release under investigation (RUI) whilst enquiries continue. Unless there is compelling evidence the he committed the murder then this is standard protocol.

As with all police drama there is so much wrong but that is actually quite accurate although it’s unlikely that he’d be at the same place as his children.

What happened to Daniel's child (Catherine's grandchild)? I am sure in season 1 someone was toasting Richard's first grandchild - while our Ryan was sitting right there.

Surplus to the storyline I suppose. He had a child with his wife, then he cheated on her and she threw him out. But not relevant to anything TLR related so would be a waste of screen time talking about him.

I think you are right, Claire/Catherine/Anne don't have access to guns. If it was the US then Catherine or Anne would shoot him with their cop gun but they only have a taser or a baton.

Alison did have a gun but she won't still have access as her conviction would stop her getting a licence and now she doesn't have the farm she has no need.

I think I am going for the big wrench 🔧 as the weapon of choice.

If he's shot it will be the OCG or armed response coppers.
