My sisters father in law did the reading and he was a widower too..
My niece nearly wasn't my bridesmaid, my sister let her paddle barefoot in a flood at my Dad's pub(October!) A week later she was in hospital with pneumonia...
She made it to the service and was galloping up and down the aisle waving her floral headdress above her head.
My blind great aunt never made any of our weddings so we recorded it... My sister forgot the tape recorder. As Dad and I were on the way to the church we met her driving back at great speed back to get the tape recorder!!
My grandma's burglar alarm was going off all through the service and the horses in the carriages were going mad!!

The Turner's Tupperware Cereal is very 2000's, can't believe they would have had that in 1968 (?).
We had Tupper at home going back to the 1970's and that looked very different.
