Hello all GPTD fans the next series has been announced and will start on 8th January at 7:45. It’s a Sunday night and it’s on Channel 4 as usual.

Festive Pottery Throw Down is on Christmas Day too. James Fleet, Jamie Laing, Jenny Eclair and Sunetra Sarker are the celebrities taking part this year.

The dog is slightly freaked by the swannie whistle

Despite the dead bees in a box thing I am really liking George he is very enthusiastic.

I'm feeling a bit nervous about these hanging attachments

I’d have to gorilla glue them to the wall, not balance on a hook

My cats weren't impressed by the whistle either!

I want 3 birds on my wall! Some of these look fab.

I love the idea of the puffins and the kingfisher. Good task.

French guy's birds are going to be too heavy.

Christophe’s do look dangerously heavy but they could be magnificent

These people must have excellent washing powder, all those clay hugs in their lovely clothes.

Most clays come out of clothes really easily (it's the washing machines and plumbing that suffer).

Some oxides and stains do stain though.
