William "screamed and shouted" at Harry.

Ep5.
So that's the big accusation we've been waiting for.

Then a denial that he, Harry, denied William had bullied him and MM.

Denying that you denied it so implying it was true that William was bullying them?

Never liked William anyway. Hope he's never King.

@Iwanttogo They are talking about as adults. Not children.
I hope the poster who says they locked their brother in a cupboard is talking about doing this as a child, not as an adult.

Dumakey · 15/12/2022 12:26

I think they keep telling they're story because they don't really feel they're being listened to. The vast majority of the public have made up their minds about H and M based on the lies the press spout about them on a daily basis, fuelled by the agenda of the royal family.

Well this is their story in their own words.
But just like anybody else's story, we're not obliged to listen to it or have zero opinions about it.

And for people who claim to not like the media, they sure know how to get the world's media paying attention.

pigonalipstick · 15/12/2022 12:34

What kind of families do you all come from where it's normal to scream and shout at one another?!

Quite.

I have no contact with my sibling. He’s not a good person. But even he, when I said I no longer wanted contact, didn’t scream at me. This isn’t normal behaviour, and certainly not in front of a elderly grandmother.

Aleaiactaest · 15/12/2022 12:37

Harry quit his job as a royal, he needs to find a new proper job like the rest of us. Even if he fancies himself as eg a life coach, better than reality TV whingeing. Same applies to Meghan. She should just go back into acting roles. All this reality TV family drama nonsense for what.

They will appear much stronger if they just show the world that they can crack on with normal life.

antelopevalley · 15/12/2022 12:38

If you all did things on this thread you are saying as adults, then half of you should be reported to the police by your relatives.

Museya15 · 15/12/2022 12:20

Bankrolling off their royal connection, I thought she hated everything that's associated with the royal past and what it stood for. Massive hypocrites.

Where did she or he ever state they "hate everything" associated with the royal past and what it stood for? That's your narrative, not theirs.

I 100% agree. If my brother did this I would not talk to him again.
And my mother would be appalled if my adult brother screamed and shouted at me.

JamSandle · 15/12/2022 11:38

It's sad that the two brothers have grown so far apart after all they went through.

It all seems to have happened after Harry got together with his current wife, they seemed to get on well before that.

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 15/12/2022 12:39

@MorningMeditation Your original post included racism

Yes - and my original post included hate, and trauma - I was making the point that Harry is pretending that his brother shouting at him was part of Harry's made-up narrative of hate, trauma and racism, which is all in Harry's imagination

ADifferentKindofChristmas · 15/12/2022 12:39

Well if that "terrified" him he would be of fuck all use on a battlefield.

A grown man whining about being shouted at is beyond pathetic.

MorningMeditation · 15/12/2022 12:39

ReneBumsWombats · 15/12/2022 12:37

Really shit ones. It's still a surprise to me that some people don't think this is totally normal. Although it doesn't happen in my family now.

So the William is shit. Glad we agree. 😂

IAmWomanHearMeRoar1 · 15/12/2022 12:39

justgettingthroughtheday · 15/12/2022 12:20

Exactly!
People are hearing what they want to hear. Twisting what has actually been said to fit their narrative.

That is exactly what people on here are doing. I just replied to someone who claimed they hate everything to do with the royal past and what it stands for. At no stage have they EVER even hinted at that. People are verballing them and making up lies about what they've said.

JudgeJ · 15/12/2022 12:40

justgettingthroughtheday · 15/12/2022 11:36

What a surprise more Harry and Meghan bashing!!!
Seriously have any of you actually bothered watching the documentary? No I thought not!

Nobody should be subjected to the sheer level of hate that Meghan receives. Nobody deserves that!

Documentary? A Fairy Tale in LA is more appropriate.

pinkfondu · 15/12/2022 11:28

Brother argue shocker Xmas Confused

this all day long. what is wrong with this middle aged man, he's a parent he needs to grow the fuck up. when his kids start disagreeing with each other over trivial stuff will he make a documentary whining about that with soft string background music and tasteful lighting as well?

skippy67 · 15/12/2022 12:41

ADifferentKindofChristmas · 15/12/2022 12:39

He didn't say it terrified him.

Same1977 · 15/12/2022 12:23

Oh yes ,duh I forgot it only works one way. But let's keep it at you understanding and me not.No point continuing useless debates

Yes, racism does only work one way when a country was built on white privilege. I am so not surprised though to see a Meghan hater who trivialises racism. It basically proves most of the hate is based on racism. And people wonder why we say that.

skippy67 · 15/12/2022 12:42

I replied to that too. No reply.

britsabroad · 15/12/2022 12:42

Yes @skippy67 i did watch it. And I took everything with a pinch of salt - so many holes in their story. So many non stories. I'd probably shout at Harry if he was my brother. His sense of entitlement is something else. Two of the most privileged people in the world having a whingefest playing the victims.

ExhaustedFlamingo · 15/12/2022 12:42

zingboom · 15/12/2022 12:29

I haven't watched this, but if the two brothers had a fight, I'm actually quite pleased for them.

Their mum died when they were both so young. If they're capable of shouting at each other, they're both capable of processing emotions, and it's important they're still able to express their feelings. Grief turns some people into robots, but people who can shout are people who still feel their feelings.

As someone who - like Meghan - is mixed race, I honestly don't think anyone cares about her skin colour. If there's any ill feeling towards her that is unfairly based on things that she can't control, I think it's the fact she's American. Wouldn't have made a difference if she'd been white; it's the fact that she's from a different country with different cultures and customs.

I wish people wouldn't see racism where it doesn't exist.. It makes it harder for those of us experiencing actual racism to get treated seriously.

Exactly this.

I said similar the other day. I think a lot of the issues with Meghan are because she's from a different culture - the US is very different from the UK culturally. Add to the mix that she's in the entertainment industry which is more than a bit prone to navel-gazing, and I think that's what jarred for a lot of British people.

I'm sure there were some outliers who did make it about race. There's always some arseholes around. But I genuinely think they're in the minority. Meghan is white-passing and there were a lot of people who had no idea she was mixed race until the accusations started flying around.

I think claiming that the dislike and negative publicity is just about race really trivialises genuine racism. But it's an easy stick for H& M to use because it's extremely hard to deny it without someone accusing you of racism too. It's a bit of a taboo subject because no one wants to be tarred with such a horrific accusation.

SliceOfCakeCupOfTea · 15/12/2022 12:43

I'm amazed people can't see a difference between being hounded by reporters and photographers, lies being spread and twisting stories, being painted as a villain all the time, and taking control of their own story. It is very different. They are revealing their side of things because if they didn't then everyone would believe the lies and they and their kids lives would be ruined.

Trebo · 15/12/2022 12:43

Honestly even if you hate meghan and Harry, even if you hate them all the way through and after the episode. It's worth watching, we're living in a world of fake news and twitter/tiktok/social media snippets, plenty on here who clearly haven't seen the episode and the context of this piece, which wasn't at all really about the shouting but what came after that.
But we've got posts and posts of people who based off the title alone are kicking off.
Watch the episode, come back, argue why you think they lied about the lack of support from the royal offices but then that joint statement put out if that's what you feel, but basing anything off a random tabloid title or a social media post is ridiculous and it's quite an interesting episode as they cover fake news, weaponised social media etc.

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 15/12/2022 12:44

@skippy67 : Harry said: 'It was terrifying to have my brother scream and shout at me'

JaneJeffer · 15/12/2022 12:44

Seriously have any of you actually bothered watching the documentary?
Why would anyone want to watch it though? Seriously?

dcut · 15/12/2022 12:45

i suspect they had a bit of a heated argument, no more no less

Argument got a bit out of control and they raised their voices which possibly ended up with one or both of them shouting at the other one.
The phrase "screaming and shouting" is overused - I see it on here a lot. No one seems to just shout at someone else any more - they "scream" and shout. Screaming to me is a completely different thing.
It's emotive language and probably exaggeration.

IAmWomanHearMeRoar1 · 15/12/2022 12:46

Iwanttogo · 15/12/2022 12:32

LOL
Who hasn't shouted at a loved one before.

News flash only siblings in the world fall out.

I don't have sympathy for Harry. He moans and complains and cries that he wants privercy then does this.

How many times do have to point this out? He NEVER said he wanted privacy. Please, can we stop this now once and for all? That so many people think he/she said this shows how exactly easily the media manipulate people with their lies and distortions.
