William "screamed and shouted" at Harry.

Ep5.
So that's the big accusation we've been waiting for.

Then a denial that he, Harry, denied William had bullied him and MM.

Denying that you denied it so implying it was true that William was bullying them?

Never liked William anyway. Hope he's never King.

@Iwanttogo No, he most certainly did NOT! He never said that. He said they wanted to get away from the UK press, and to have control over their own narrative. At NO stage did he EVER say they left because they wanted privacy. He never even used the word.

Ever considered going into politics. Think you'd be very good at it.

"Hell and back"?

Malala Yousafsai went to hell and back. Nelson Mandela went to hell and back. Teenage boys at the Somme went to hell and back.

Harry and Megan are two very privileged people who do not know anything about the real world, but think they do. The fact that they dare to complain without an iota of self-awareness tells you just how very pampered this pair is.

They have not been to hell and back.

Oh yes, of course someone will come on and say about about the Ukrainians, the starving kids in Africa etc etc. Such an over-reaction. All trauma is relative. Perhaps if you experience trauma or death or cancer or something in your family you should be dismissed and reminded about this post you've just made. Try being a mixed race person and being told you should be raped and your son got death threats. That's what Meghan had.

Let's face it, the vast majority of this country is looking for salacious, sensationalist headlines, preferably of famous people rather than actual serious news. It sells papers and makes paparazzi and journalists money. Celebrity sidebar of shite (Daily Fail), Sun, Take a Break rubbish that people buy. How many of those people buy their newspaper, or search online specifically daily happenings in Ukraine, or on the environment and take to social media to comment? Or are swayed by Tweets into believing some false nonsense re important issues like the pandemic?

You're kidding yourself if you think that most people these days with free access to too much non-serious independent journalism will form a sensible opinion of this type of thing based on reading front page news off the People or the Daily Mail. It IS really really important to examine the source where there are 2 sides of a story in existence but the public is only seeing one side, presented by the media.

I don’t entirely disagree with you but that’s their right.

As far as H&M go they’re savvy enough to know exactly what they’ve been signing up for and if they’ve been foolish enough to believe they can control the narrative in the way they have that’s on them (and their team) frankly. As it goes I think they’re probably alright with people having half baked opinions as long as it provides a credible source of income. I don’t even particularly judge them for that, I wouldn’t do it and think they’d be better off finding their own actual careers to live off.

The world is quite literally their oyster given their resources and they’re choosing to live off hack jobs on a short period of their lives with pretty far reaching consequences on their respective family relations. I can’t quite get my head round it but then I don’t really need to.

IAmWomanHearMeRoar1 Harry said he/they (can't remember which) wanted peace in a speech he gave. I don't know how their current activities are meant to progress towards a life of peace.

The RF could respond I suppose, but tit for tat doesn't resolve anything, just prolongs the agony. If I was the RF I'd not say a thing.

Peace. Means what? Peace of mind? To not be lied about? It still doesn't mean privacy.

No he said the situation was!
Being sat in a room with formerly loving family and people who thought you could trust and then the circumstances flipping and you and your wife becoming the family scapegoat. Many of them all of the same side and Harry alone. Then being shouted and screamed at. Yes it probably was pretty scary

Meghan and Harry - is that you? All your posts seem very invested in this situation. x

Every famous woman has had that.Sadly that is not anything special or unusual for the times we live in.Online trolls are about.
Try simply passing someone off on Reddit and they can say stuff like that

I've never shouted at a family member as an adult. As a child, yes, siblings might shout but your parents are supposed to teach you not to behave like that.

I don't think I'd be proudly admitting that I shout at people as an adult but there are a fair few dysfunctional people on this website. What an unpleasant way to live your life!

And to be shouted at while other family members watch. Knowing you don't have the support of anyone in your family. I can't see how that is normal behaviour. That family need their own stately homes thread.

I'm not a Harry and Meghan fan. I don't have an opinion on them either way but it is mind boggling how many people think that shouting at family members as an adult is normal.

This

Thanks. Unfortunately I'm too much of a cranky pants to put up with diplomatic policy issues, lol.

Jackiewoo · 15/12/2022 13:18

well one things for sure, at least if any of us argue with our siblings they won't make a documentary about it and cause an online feeding frenzy, we'll just deal with it like adults.

Love them or hate them, or give zero fucks about them, I cannot understand why when media intrusion is a big issue for Harry he'd bring all of this attention on himself now by agreeing to do any of this. And on his kids lives too. It doesn't make sense.

To get his story across? yeah fine, but they did that already on Oprah no? They could have covered that stuff in 30 minutes by talking about specific media criticism and online rumours then given their 'side' with facts & names to back it up. Then move on and used the rest of the time to talk about setting up their charity and its good works and achievements. That would have been a more interesting watch.

Given the pandemic, cost of living crisis, war and so much else going on it just seemed very tone deaf and self-indulgent.

Hahah 🤣 nah.

To boring for that. Unless you needed some good sleep.

Lol

Haydugee · 15/12/2022 13:21

I think William has been incredibly restrained.

I was awed by the Cambridges agreeing to do a walkabout with the Sussexes after the Queen died, after everything Harry and Meghan had done and were planning to do.

I don’t think I could show forgiveness like that.

It’s their source of income isn’t it?

So just for the Netflix fees

The ‘revelation’ is fairly dull but something for people to talk about as the world is going a bit crazy

megletthesecond · 15/12/2022 13:22

They're siblings. That's how it works. There's not a magical cut off point for steaming arguments once you reach adulthood.

OhChristmasTreeOhChristmasTreeFaLaLa · 15/12/2022 13:22

🤣 it's 2 brothers falling out because 1 brother doesn't like the other brother's wife. I honestly don't care. I'm sick of seeing all of them, there's no point to these people, they were born into a family with more privilege and wealth than anyone can imagine. I don't understand why all this matters to anyone?? It's a family feud, meh most families have them, there's just less houses and money involved in ours 🤣

FortheBeautyoftheEarth · 15/12/2022 13:22

Lol no, I'm not William and I'm not upset about differing opinions. I just noticed a very impassioned defence argument being built and I was curious. What makes you think I'm not sympathetic to some of their points? Interested why you immediately assumed that.

CoffeandTiaMaria · 15/12/2022 13:23

So what if William screamed at him? I can well imagine having a whinging, petulant, self-centred brother like Harry would drive me to screaming point too (and I very much doubt it actually happened because it seems that this pair are incapable of telling the truth other than their version)

GCAcademic · 15/12/2022 13:23

Yes, thankfully we no longer have the Jeremy Kyle show. Unless you're mega rich and privileged and can air your laundry on Netflix.

He didn't say it terrified him.

Yes he did! I am virtually deaf so always use subtitles and on the Netflix subtitles he says "it was terrifying"

Are you mistakenly watching some disney princess movie?🙄

HarryMcLarry · 15/12/2022 13:25

ItsHitTheFanNow · 15/12/2022 11:28

I don't believe anything they say. They've told so many lies.

This. It's not even about taking sides because one side hasn't actually given a version of events. Harry and Meghan have both provably lied multiple times and know that, even if they're lying, the Royal Family aren't going to get dragged into mud slinging so they're safe. I simply do not believe people who have lied multiple times about the same topic before. If Charles/Camilla/Wills/Kate release a version of events that's provably false then I won't believe anything they say from then on either. I haven't watched the Netflix "documentary" because I don't trust them so what's the point? (I get the highlights from here and it saves me time).

Well they did get away. They live a very nice life so why keep on harping on like a broken record? No one needs to hear ‘their story’, we would all just be getting on with our lives and they’d be getting on with theirs. I doubt anyone of the general public was chomping at the bit to hear all about it if they’d just moved and gone about their lives under the radar. They instigated and whipped up all the fuss by going on Oprah and continually griping ever since.
