Do people really choose their food because they are interested in how the flavours balance out ? I just think ooooh chilli squid, chips, or whatever.

well done James for getting his food on the plate. It looks really nice actually, and I’m not a huge mushroom fan.

I think I have clearly mixed up pop up restaurants with street food or festival food. This is not at all what I was expecting.
