dd has just come in the room and has watched 5 minutes of grand designs

I like the downstairs but the upstairs is just like hotel rooms. No character at all and not v. enjoyable for the kids. Like the outside too.

I feel so sorry for those kids having to live there..so uninspiring. Thank goodness for the nice trees outside .

I actually love that fireplace (though I'd still prefer a small family car).

Could cope with that swimming pool too.

I like big glass window. But the inside is bleak and cold. Not a family home at all.

the kids live on the ps2 ahhh now I see. Its grim i feel. Empty, cold, stark and plain. Bet the puddles of puppy piss ruin the White look.

I love it, I think it is stunningly beautiful, possibly a bit clinical and in some parts a little like a department store but I still like it a lot.

There is a fair chance that lots of you wouldn't like the houses I grew up in
