It is that squeezy pushy thing they do with their lips/tongue and sometimes the tappy thing with fingers. Usually seen on those with either an upturned beak of a top lip or those with the over filled and pursed look of the non meowing end of a cat.

It is kind of like the unconscious veg shuffle men look as though they are doing when they rumble around in their pocket change.

It is hard to explain and perhaps I should have used my words better. In fact I know I should. Sorry.
