Currently rewatching Mindhunter. Absolutely brilliant show and I could watch it again and again
I can't believe it's been cancelled and we won't see a series 3 ☹️ apparently it costs too much to make, although I really can't see it costs that much especially with shows like stranger things which must cost millions!

What other series are you gutted have been cancelled?

Almost Human - detective series set in the future. Starring Karl Urban
Survivors - both the 1970's version and 2010 one.
Invasion - hours I won't get back with no pay off at all!

Taboo. I think there was going to be a second series but Tom Hardy is too big for the BBC now I guess. Likewise Sherlock with Benedict Cumberbatch / Martin Freeman.

I think they are supposed to start filming the second season of Taboo this year.

Being Human..needed more time with the new trio! Though loved the ending.

Shows that cancelled aren't too bad if there is warning. Its when clearly there isn't and so it ends on a unresolved cliff hanger. Such as for me...

I’d add the OA and Hemlock Grove.

Tru Calling was weird because they cancelled it, so they wrapped up the storylines and then they changed their mind, so they started new storylines, and then they decided to cancel it after all, so it ended weirdly.

Somewhere out there is the rumoured ending or how the series was meant to go. Did have a lot of potential!

Netflix - Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency one with Elijah Wood in had two series second was mad - in good way and they were clearly setting up a third but nothing. There was an ITV/BBC wales version in 2010 I didn't like much.

We had thought old TV series Sliders had been canceled however on one of the many platform we have now we found much later series - and they were dire.

Adding another vote for Firefly and Neighbours.
Also Castle, I know Castle and Beckett hated each other IRL and that when they announced Stana Katic wasn't returning for the next series everyone got mad so they canned it but I still miss it. I haven't found a replacement for it yet that hits the sweet spot of silly, serious, murder with a love story thrown in for good measure.
