It's called Celebrity Masterchef. Faye Winter is someone who is not a celebrity. She was on a telly competition that she didn't even win. By that token you might as well have the losing contestants on a head to head of Pointless on this show.

I made my own corned beef this year because I really missed the NZ version (absolutely nothing like the horror you get in a can). It took 2 weeks to make and was gone in 10 minutes. Worth every second, it was absolutely amazing.

Is that like silverside? Bloody love that. My mum made it for new year once and by the time everyone pinched a bit there was nothing. My god it was good.

Not too difficult. You just have to turn the bag with curing juices & meat over ever day so it soaks evenly. I will do it again, it was so good.

I also made pastrami, which was a little less successful but still yum.
