I have just sat down (after a day filling skips for in preparation for ripping out the kitchen).

Daniil and Taylor have just started. I've really warmed a lot to Taylor this past year (not that I ever disliked him, he was just soort of there- and i've even forgiven him for beating Rafa).
He seems to have found his 'groove' recently, and I like how he plays. Daniil hasn't played much these last few months, and on paper is the favourite, but it wouldn't be a massive shock really if Fritz beat him.

Close first set, Daniil having a few wobbles on serve and Fritz has had 3 set points, but it could be going to a tie break.

Taylor has definitely been the better player. Daniil is lucky to get to the tie break, I think.

Tie break will be interesting.

And the tie break is running away from Fritz.

Looking better for Daniil now.

First set Daniil, it's all gone a bit pear shaped for Taylor since he lost the break points.

Daniil definitely in control of this now, all a bit one sided. It's shame as it was so close in the first set til the tie break.

I have just had a lengthy discussion with DD1 re Ste's shirt. She likes it, and likes the 'concept'

DS1 also reckons Tim doesn’t know what he’s talking about when it comes to fashion - he may have got a point!
