I didn't notice Laura's walk, to distracted by the ghastly dress and shoes 😵I agree with you @Picoloangel that moving to a male presenter would have removed the comparisons but that said I can't think of anyone who would be suitable, we'd have probably ended up with a comedian or something!

I'm not surprised by Jacques behaviour, I think we could all have pretty much written the script beforehand. What we need to see now is whether Paige will make excuses for it because she's so inexplicably in to him. For me any contact outside of a challenge is off, if you accept that then you've almost left the door open for them to push the boundaries of cheating in future. I expect we'll hear the 'testing the strength of my feelings' kind of nonsense a lot.

Predicting Paige will have dates lined up with some potential new boys to try to get her over Jacques bringing the eyebrow blonde back.

It did make me laugh when she said “this is the most tense situation” im sure that’s the first time we’ve seen her speak! Maybe there is more that went on (like what happened with savannah) that just wasn’t shown, doubt it but you never know 😬 as it appeared savannah didn’t speak to anyone at all

Did anyone else notice how Gemma seems to roll her eyes when Tasha speaks. She’s definitely been all loved up with Andrew and they can all probably see straight through her.

Also interesting Jacques liked cheyanne more because she’s quieter and Mollie is ‘too similar to him’... basically he doesn’t like too strong a personality or someone who will stand up to him and not let him get away with his bs

I think either both Dami and Jaques will recouple or neither will. They'll take the fall out together.
I predict all the boys bar Luca will recouple and none of the girls except Danica will. That's what I think but also what I hope for the drama!!

If you only managed to watch 1 episode of Love Island a week, that would be more than enough to know what's been going on and happening.
Too much nothing and filler episodes.
No action/ drama development at all.
It all just goes back to the beginning every week.
Had it really been on over 4 weeks.

I'd like Indiyah to bring Deji in. She's handled it all classily without being as off-limits/inert as Gemma/Luca and made a good case for treating it like dating both guys and seeing who (if any) she wants to take it further with. She knows she got on with Dami, but you can see she has some other things in common with Deji, and he seems nice and respectful too (more respectful than Dami!). Shows that there's a way to do this without being a git.

Bizarrely, I thinking E-S and Davide seem to be the frontrunners for winning!

Do you think there's a world in which, if Paige ends up single cos Jacques picks Cheyanne, that Paige might end up with Jay after all? We've not seen enough of Jay and Chynna to know how deep that coupling goes, so it'll be interesting to see if he's found someone he prefers or if he really did have a thing for Paige.

Must admit, I'm rather hoping Jacques and Dami recouple for maximum drama.

I also saw the Gemma eye rolling but thought it was more directed at being asked not to scream / screech / jump at her by several of the girls ? I think it was Indiyah who said " let's not bombard her " but might be wrong ?

Gemma and Luca seem to be synced in their view of the ones who snogged away from home 😂

Indiyah has played it perfectly with no big declarations of attachment , I bloody love her

My predictions -
Jacques will not recouple. Paige will take him back .He had his fun knowing that there will
not be any great consequences

Dami will not recouple. He will beg, plead to get Indiyah back. He has had his fun and will now want to go back to Indiyah . She will not take him back . If he does recouple it will be because he knows that Indiyah will not want to be with him anymore. Definitely, believe that he prefers Indiyah to Summer

Davide - not to sure. He has a connection with Ekin Su but still hasn’t recovered from being dumped by her. I think he may come back alone though

Andrew- Will recouple, but regret it

Jay will choose Chyna. He likes Chyna, but I am not sure if the feeling is mutual

Danica will choose Josh.- I doubt whether these two are attracted to each other. Josh just wants to get in the house . She is much too sophisticated for Josh despite the fact that they are similar in age.

Gemma and Luca will come back single.
Luca likes Gemma but he definitely had his eyes on the prize

Josh is a nice-looking guy, but not remotely boyfriend material. So immature and unalluring. They weren't a great selection of guys, but as the single girl Danica could've tried them all and at least found someone capable of a decent flirtation, but she went straight for Josh and will have to live with that vacuity. Perhaps it does suit her robotic side. She doesn't show much real emotion even with the other girls. Whoever said she was more suited to The Apprentice is dead right.

Anything that Tasha has done will just be ‘proof’ for Andrew that he was right all along to go off with Coco.

Coco just wants fame, she’s all fake. Trying way too hard.

I am rising above it too!

I do feel a basic failing of CA this year was the lack of boys to really tempt the girls. ES was particularly poorly served though I guess that said it sounds as if the salon might have been open for business…if only briefly!

I am definitely less invested all round this year but I’m not really sure why. Not sure if it’s that the contestants are not as likeable as other years.

I really liked Paige before she got hooked on Jacques.

Davide is not remotely interested in ES in a romantic way outside the villa.
