mistresses - do you think it's set in John Lewis?

dh and I do. the only place we have ever seen such perfection is in John Lewis. the whole lot, right down to the strategically placed child-related clutter, it's all John Lewis

I reckon Richard's missing wife was 9/11 man's mistress and she is making the calls and doing all the stalking. Is it supposed to be set in London?

no way is it London. somewhere far smaller (they can meet for coffee in teh middle of the day as indicated) and leafier. it's John Lewis I tell yer.

dh was taking the piss out of me for worrying about the babysitting.

as for the posh spice dress. I reckon she looked like two posh spices.

this whole series is kind of awful but kind of compelling - it's middle class footballer's wives

I am liking this series too, I don't care if it's all John Lewis and unbelievable, it's escapism! I haven't enjoyed anything on the telly for ages

Just checked and that actress who plays Siobhan is really 46, in fact nearly 47!

Started watching this last night.Yes, I was thinking the stalker might be the dead husband's mistress, too!

FWIW, I think Sarah Parrish is gorgeous, as is the Irish one. The blokes are all drippy, with the exception of the stary eyed office guy the Irish girl is knocking off - he's just plain scary.

Its set in Bristol. Am about to move back in that direction from London and thrilled to be reminded that Bristol is such a gorgeous city (in bits anyway)

I loved everything the getting preg(or not)one wore in the last episode.Why anyone would look pleased on being told they look like posh spice is beyond me.Why do we not remember their names?I have no idea what they are called and I've watched both episodes.Must remember to ask dh next week his opinion on the "doing"or not.He was cooking my supper and missed it!

stalker is clearly the dh or his mistress. maybe it was like bundle said and he's been with his fancy woman since but she's now given him the elbow.although if I'd effectively faked my death I think I'd worry a bit about being seen were I to come back to my leafy suburb.

Yes but the whole programme is pretty preposterous so I doubt that would put the writers off!

The doctor seems to have an inordinate amount of time to schedule last minute appointments in to.

9/11 dh is still alive and "posh spice" will fall in love with Bodies/Office bloke only to have dh reappear who wasn't in the twin towers on the day (obviously) but who will now reappear given that a) she has pot loads of cash and b) has fallen for someone else. He will push point b more than point a, obviously.

GP will have to move away and assume new identity given that she cannot possibly breach any more codes of professional conduct.

Solicitor woman will obviously have a white baby with a bulbous nose that is not as good looking as it thinks it is.

Lesbian thing is just ridiculous. She was good in Party Animals though.
