What have been your highlights from Glastonbury in past years?

I remember really enjoying Basement Jaxx when they headlined some years ago. I think they were replacements for Kylie when she had breast cancer.

Also, wasn't ever a massive BeeGees fan back in the day, but Barry Gibb was great!!

Ive always appreciated Jarvis, but listening to him reading his book on radio recently, had me in stiches! Anyone read the whole thing?

They played Pulp from earlier years at height of Common People fame - that was fantastic

Isn't it this sort of time on a Sunday that a lot of the Glastonbury audience are going home?
It always makes me the whole 'leave no trace' thing and then the Monday after there's a sea of tents and acres of water bottles and assorted rubbish everywhere. Daily Mail always have pics of the poor people clearing up.

It isn't good for the environment this festival , even Michael Eavis admitted that.
They did away with plastic water bottles last time but the stuff left behind is bad. Takes weeks to clear up.

The people cleaning up get free tickets though.

I have a memory of Humphrey Lyttelton doing a cracking set, at an age similar to Macca (not headlining though).

Just watched him. Off his face 😂loved the set list, quite a few of my favourites on there. He's a legend.

A DM comment made me laugh today about Macca playing at 80 ;
' the government will keep putting the retirement age now' !
