I think Marni and Cristian were hard done by, judging by what happened letting 4 contestants go through to the final.

Yes, I agree - she has always struck me as being the Golden Child of this series.

They kicked Cristian off for inappropriate fabric last week - Brogan should really have gone this week.

Last nights decision was done only to add a bit of excitement to proceedings

I don't know why - the proceedings don't need drama. One of the great joys of the programme is that the drama comes form the challenges, and how the sewers cope with them, not from manufactured excitement.

I want it kept fair - If Christian was out, then Brogan should have been. There have been some amazing sewers on previous series who have had a single bad week, and they've got the push, and we've always been told "It's what happens on the day".

I agree but it really was only a meter of time before they copied the format from other shows where they don’t send someone home in one episode. And they’ve been very clever how they’ve done it because next week there will be no need for a double elimination because no one will be eliminated. But that’s not to say there will only be one winner.

If she wins it won’t be on merit because she should have been sent home last night. It was the second week in a row she’d not done so well.

I doubt she’s going to win though unless the BBC won’t care that they’ll be seen to have manipulated the results.

She knew herself she was going home which is why she was crying so hard in relief at the end when she was saved.

We get the impression Esme doesn't much care for Brogan.

I haven’t noticed that to be fair but it shouldn’t be about personality or owt else… just the sewing.

And sadly - no matter how good she is - the last two weeks have not been her weeks.

Marni to me was the buttons and bows - she had one rubbish week.

The only way the 4 person final would be fair is that if everyone else who had a bad week got to come back.

And I’ve got more chance of being employed in Chanel’s couture workshop than that happening. And I can’t sew.
