I'm not sure what Sam watched, but the match last year was not the thrashing by Djok that she keeps making it out to be. At one point he was well ahead- until the foot problem really took hold. And it was a really long match (considering it was 4 sets). It was about 4 hours long.

The advert with the dancing family really annoys me - it was just on ES 2 as well

I made a roast. I even had to go out and buy a new potato peeler, because mine has disappeared. ( I really cannot use a knife).
I made proper roast potatoes, not just frozen ones.

I really made a rod for my own back basically, and it was just for dh and dd2's benefit. Ds is at a festival, I don't eat it, and DD1 doesn't either (well she does, some times ).
