I fell asleep last night ( no reflection on the match, I'd been up since the crack of dawn- good thing I did get some sleep, as I was up with DD2 in the early hours again).

kazza so sorry to hear about your dad. I hope you are looking after yourself. The tennis will probably be a small distraction from what will be a never ending list of things that need doing.

It sounds like it ended up being quite a match- I do feel sorry for Lorenzo, losing again from 2 sets up. I'm not sure why he felt the crowd were against him in the Djok match last year, I don't remember it like that at all. It was just incredible at the time that he looked like he might actually beat him- and then it all flipped around.
I'm not sure I like the night matches- I will probably end up missing the end of all of them, if they end up going the distance!

Interesting about Molcan being coached by Vajda. Adds a certain something to today's match.

Saw the last couple of games of GS/PCB match. Fantastic turn around by Gilles at the end. He was clearly tired but he just kept talking afterwards. Not really an interview, more a monologue.
