I've just watched this having no idea there had been previous series, I thought it was completely new! So know nothing about any of their pasts. Maybe I should catch up....

Really liked the song at the end. Recognised the female singers voice but couldn’t place it and Shazam was useless. Anyone have any ideas?

I think the lady at the end will be the wife of the man who needs a heart and he will get James’ heart. The ‘man needing a heart’ point was driven home about 5 times in the episode

Does the husband of partner know he is the daddy of middle sisters baby?

He's not, baby's father is a guy from series 1. Either a rocker or a comedian, something in showbiz.

Am v annoyed with the Beeb for the action line voiceover. That coupled with the medication makes it pretty easy to put two and two together.

Also, Nathan's "kid shrink" girlfriend is pregnant? Or wants them to have a baby?

Loved it! But no need for the action line spoiler at the end but

Lindsay Duncan is always watchable so it was nice to see her pop up as the S&M countess.
