Ok, I'm all caught up!
Thoughts:
I initially thought of Shayne and Shaina as a better match that Shayne and Natalie, they seemed to have the same kind of outgoing energy/personality where as Natalie is quite reserved. But now it seems like they really like each other and Shayne handled the whole 'Shaina trying to break them up' episode really well. I respected the fact that he went straight to Natalie and told her about it. Obviously it seems like there was an argument/altercation that might change things but they both seem pretty invested so I think they will get married.
Kyle and Shaina?! 😬 No idea why she said yes to Kyle she clearly didn't even like him that much let alone anything else. Very shady trying to break up Shayne and Natalie so she could have him for herself. She really didn't come out of that program looking good at all. Kyle seemed harmless (although a bit over the top in his adoration for Shaina) but was basically willing to change himself to be with her which made me like him less. He was downright creepy when she broke up with him though, she may have dodged a bullet after all!
Nick and Danielle seemed really good to start with but, and I mean this kindly, she really isn't ready to get married and needs to do some serious work on herself if things are going to go well for them. I think she's more in love with the idea of being married and being wanted. She seems very fragile. Nick seems to be trying his best but I think he has an impossible task if he's trying to make her happy, she seems to be able to pick a fight with thin air! I think it comes from a place of deep insecurity though and she's not a bad person. I think he'll say no 😞
Mal and Sal? As a PP put it....meh. She claims that she had such strong feelings for Sal that she couldn't say yes to Jarette - fair enough! She doesn't seem to show it much though, I just don't feel much chemistry or love between them. I also think he isn't as 'nice' as he seems, he absolutely was stringing along that poor girl who turned up at his sister's and I think Mal knows that. I don't think they'll get married either.
Jarrette and Iyanna are adorable and I really hope they get married, 100% agree that his family seem great - actually hers seem lovely too (although obviously protective of her). I do think she really struggles with the fact that she wasn't his first choice and is very insecure about his previous relationships but I think in time she could mature a bit and realise it isn't a big deal. I have to remember that in reality they've only been together a few weeks so they haven't had the time to develop a really strong secure bond yet. I hope she says yes but I think she might get cold feet.
Deepti and Shake. Hmm 🤨 I hated him at first, thought he was an arsehole, but he has grown on me a bit, except for the fact that he isn't attracted to Deepti, who is gorgeous and he is clearly punching with her! I mean, sometimes the attraction just isn't there and you can't (and shouldn't) force it but it is a shame because they seem well matched in other areas. I think Deepti is smart enough to know her worth though and feels that a half hearted attempt from Shake to find her attractive just isn't good enough. She deserves better and I think she'll say no.
