I’ve just seen this on Netflix, apparently the first 5 episodes are up and the next lot drop next week. Anyone watching? I loved the first season

Just watching episode 6 and I'm finding Iyanna looking through all of Jarrette's drawers quite intrusive and rude. I also don't understand why she's so put out by him keeping a gift from an ex-girlfriend. She's obviously very insecure. Also, she'll need a step ladder to reach everything if she moves into his house

Who would have thought that Shayne would be the series stud, breaking hearts?!

Wow, Shaina was awful when she was talking to Shane. I hope he doesn't get seduced by her. Really nasty of her to refer to their relationship with air quotes and to make out like they talk about her because they're bored and incompatible.

I like Jarrette a little bit more just because of how completely lovely his parents are.

Episode 6

Nick & Danielle - Danielle has some serious attachment problems. She reminds me of me. Her mum was odd; was she drunk? I am not keen on Nick. He seems like he's there for the drama rather than Danielle.

Shake & Deepti - Meh.

Kyle & Shania - I felt bad for him. I think he's a classic "in love with the idea of being in love".

Mallory and Salvador - Meh.

Shayne and Natalie and Nick & Danielle - I can't figure him out. He is all "I'm a hippy" and then seemed to get drunk very quickly and pushing Jarrett to talk to Mallory, when it was none of his business. Wonder if that was the producers interfering. Also find his "wide eyed sweaty stare and campness" is like a children's TV presenter. I can't fathom why Danielle locked herself in closet rocking back and forth.

Shake & Deepti - both of them need reminding that they're on TV and embarrassing themselves. I'm suprised she even gave him a second chance in the pod cos he showed himself up to be a terrible person very quickly. His ego is something else.

Kyle & Shania - aka Mark and Jessica part 2. Tbh he annoys me more than her, eating meat and being so so blind to her feelings and getting funny about her wanting to sleep another room.

Mallory and Salvador - need to break up ASAP. They have some chemistry as the DTD but this is not a good relationship for either of them.

Shayne and Natalie and Shaina. Ok. I really don't think Shayne is with the right woman. It seems obvious to me that he should be Shaina. Shaina, however is really coming across as not very nice at all.

Jarrett & Liyanna - I agree, her childish baby voice is irritating. I wonder if she's very nervous. Also, who throws away presents from a previous partner??

I like Shayne and Natalie. I'm really rooting for them.

Shaina should never have accepted Kyle's proposal. The religion thing is such a big deal to her, and the fact that Kyle thinks it's fine and they'll get over it shows he has no understanding of just how important it is to her. She clearly wants someone with the same beliefs which is absolutely fine, but she just should have said no to the proposal because it was never going to happen. I think she's just not physically attracted to him either which obviously doesn't help.

How long are they actually in there dating for? Maybe I missed it but they seem to be there for a very short time then suddenly they're "in love"?

In episode 6, nick said to Danielle "these last five weeks with you..."

Only part way through 6, but Shania's family are not what I expected.
I really thought the religion was an excuse to keep Kyle at arms length not that her family were full on god squad.

Omg, Nick's family are making me cringe so bad!!

I really wanted Nick to say to his sister "listen lady, unless you've got your own life sorted, don't go giving me advice". I wanted to hug eventhough I don't particularly like him lol.

I want Natalie and Shane to live happily ever after.

I'm loving Shake's mum. How does he have such lovely parents and be such a knob?

I like Jarrette a little bit more just because of how completely lovely his parents are. Me too.

I'm loving this show. None of the couples are going to last except possibly Nick and Danielle if she can just stop freaking out on him for every little thing, she really needs some therapy fast. Shaina is so awful that I think in trying to ensnare Shane she actually turned him right off despite the way she looks which is kind of unfortunate as I was there for the drama 🤣🤣🤣

I can't believe Deepti thought the wasabi was the palette cleanser . I hope Shake can get over his issues because if he could be attracted to her they would actually be very compatible. I can't believe Shane spends $2000 a month just on food for himself and doesn't seem to know anything about the state of his own finances. And I guess the next episode (episode 7) is going to focus on Iyanna, Jarette, and Malvador. I am so invested 🤣

I would get very tired being married to Danielle, cos it's all about her.

I do find myself skipping Iyanna and Jarrett's bits cos they're so boring lol.

Glad Shane stayed away from the Shaina drama and called her out on what she said to Natalie.

I don't know, but I thought Shayna's mom was a lot nicer than I expected her to be. They obviously had tons of money and the sons were very handsome...but there is absolutely no way I would marry into that family. At least being a woman I wouldn't be expected to "ride dirtbikes and be an American"!

Really pedantic but what's with the gold glasses? They had them in the pods...in all their apartments...and then when they went dress/suit shopping...where else are these gold cups going to pop up?

Absolutely despised him early on but he’s growing on me in the context of their engagement.

Shaina is a dick. I’ll take Jessica from season 1 over her - at least she was entertaining! No idea why Shaina thinks Shane is going to fill the ‘godly boyfriend’ hole in her life. He’s definitely not on her wavelength - especially relationship-wise - Christian or not.

Don’t like Shake either but not particularly interested in Deepti.

Nick’s a bit of a non-event. Danielle seems ridiculous, frankly. I couldn’t deal with that nonsense where she was accusing him of who knows what after rocking in a cupboard.

Jarrette and Iyanna are cool. Not sure if they’re going to work out but I like them and I hope they do.

Love that Mallory got her head straight about Salvador. He seems like a good one. Just wish he’d stop singing. It’s cringey.
