The lawyer amused me with his straight talking...reminded me of how men generally can be I'm countries like Turkey/the Middle East. Found it funny when he kept referring to Kathy and Martin as Mum and Dad. As if he was a teacher speaking to a pupil’s parents or something.

Poor Noah. How traumatising must this be for him. I thought the supposed 'victim' Milo was going to be a local Turkish boy rather than a Spaniard. Otherwise, what benefit does he have of making up such a crime if he's not even going to be around for much longer?

Homosexuality may be a crime in Turkey given it is a predominantly Muslim (albeit secular) country. But in Spain where Milo is from? Doesn't make any sense.

Also, not liking the BIL one bit. I wonder if he is supposed to be half Turkish or have Turkish parents and he was born and brought up in England?

I would have done the same in Kathy's case. Although, spitting on that other mum was a tad OTT. The dad is more cautious thankfully.

I have watched 1 and 2 tonight and knew it was filmed in Benalmadena, and know lots of the locations. Benal Beach Club pool but no way is it like that inside and instead of watching it properly I am saying that is not their car park, that is not their reception etc. I will have to start again and watch it without judging.

Well, I watched the first episode last night, and I'm going to be patient and just watch each week's episode when it airs.

I’m torn between sympathy for Cathy and thinking she’s a demanding, stroppy cow who needs telling to pull her head in.

That lawyer is like a cartoon. The ‘You are no longer on holiday - this is hell’ line last week made me cringe.

I wonder whether the police / lawyers ask for £5,000 (a relatively low amount so this feels like a bargain for his freedom).

They release Noah then say the parents are to be arrested for bribery and want another £5,000 / £10,000.

I assumed the victim was a Turkish lad working at the hotel. He's on holiday with both parents so not sure how he is in on it.

Hated the scenes with the SIL and Entertainer man.

No. The other boy Milo was a 15 year old Spaniard on holiday with his family.

Also don't understand why the state is adamant on pursuing a case AFTER the boy has retracted his allegation. Surely there is no case no answer to now?!?
