Yes I think I would prefer Jonny's. He wanted a 'brasserie' rather than a restaurant. Far less intimidating.

Truffle oil would ruin the delicate aromas of a Pot Noodle. It's a terribly pervasive flavour (even when pitted against the might of MSG...).
