For the space theme, I'd have done a navy toothbrush with glow in the dark stars/planets etc. And made it a bit more child-sized!

I think the boys app was probably better, but the wizard looked like one of the Microsoft Office assistant characters years ago. I thought both apps looked quite dated to be honest.

I'd have been tempted to do a picture where you reveal more as you brush the teeth linked to that section.

Glow in the dark planets etc is a great idea! More grown-up for older kids.

Make me laugh that you one woman (American, can't recall the name) was going on about her child loving it as a reason to why it was good. Her child who was five, and not six to eight😆.

Yeah!! Though recently they did seem to go down hill though so can't be all cause of covid..the cakes there are nice though.

Wonder if its cause of covid having more design tasks then go and haggle for items one. Unless thats still to come cause that was always fun. Or trying to sell on the street and making a mess of it

Do you think they had control over the size of the brush? Both brushes seemed to be a similar size and shape to me so I thought that was out of their control and it was just the colour and brushes cover they could change.

I was quite surprised nothing was made of the nonsense Nick (or Nicolas) made of the stats in the pitch. It was so misleading it was almost dishonest.

Not a fan of the girls PM. I'm in uni and she seems like the nightmare type to work with in group tasks

Just watched on i-player. Can't believe how many times they're going to overlook Shama. FFS it's like they literally said no to anything she wanted to contribute to.Angry

The turd-ish toothbrush was horrific, but the girls app was not educational and appeared to be nothing to do with tooth-brushing.

Also in the first few series they used to get really exclusive treats for the winning team. I'm not sure why the girls are squealing in excitement about a posh afternoon tea - if they're all as successful and high-flying as they say they are, they can surely go to a fancy cake shop any time they like? Confused

You can take those body con dressed girls to a cake shop, but can you make them eat? Not the most tactful of prizes following a toothbrush task, but still.

I did wonder if the male team would have been treated to afternoon tea or if they would have had a more manly treat, like a training session with Tottenham .

I see the teams are being mixed up next week, so at least some of the men will have a treat. I think a mixology class would be fun.

I agree with pp about Shama - she's intelligent and reflective and constantly seems marginalised.
I'm glad Lord Sugar fired Connor - I really disliked the fact that he went against gender neutral and made it for boys.
What a terrible product. Navid has a pharmacy - he should have said he wouldn't have it on the shelf.

LetsGoFlyAKiteee I prefer the design tasks. The selling ones are just begging poor unsuspecting members of the public to buy their ice lollies with a whole stock of rosemary in them or their squashed donuts with tea sprinkled on them!

With the sales task more credit goes to the natural "sows" people (as Lord sugar refers to them)
I remember one task, years ago, where iirc ,they had made burgers. One of the gobby good salesmen had sold more than everyone else and the bloke who had spent all day sweating in the burger van, actually cooking and making them, was brought into the boardroom and taken to task for not making enough sales. It really offended me as the only thing that mattered was the income generated from sales, ignoring the fact they couldn't have made that many sales if they didn't have anyone making them Confused . I thought it was really unfair.
