I’m going to take the same approach as Shana in future. Every time my boss asks me to do something I’m going to agree to do it but before doing so, tell what I’d rather be do instead.

Not only was the boy's toothbrush like a turd it was huge! It seemed impossibly big...no kid in the world wants to be seen by their mates brushing their teeth with a giant jobbie!

Thought the girl's team leader (no good with names still) was a proper tit (she did the classic t-e-a-m thing, fuck off!), don't like her, and didn't like her treatment of Shama, really hope the pattern doesn't continue.

Am also irritated by Kathryn, as should any of you who bristled at the constant barrage of christmas photos of your friends/family smugly grinning in matchy matchy pjyamas....she helped facilitate some of that shit...well, for those who didn't buy them from primark anyway.

So, one again the girls win by being marginally less shit than the boys. Bring on the team mix up!

I think it must have been heavily edited but he honestly came across as completely… I haven’t used this word since the 90s… gormless!!!!! Either that or stoned, hungover or jetlagged the whole way through! He was right to go. I like Nick. Like Aaron less than I thought I would. Kathryn is completely self-delusional. I like Amy and Shana. Harpreet seems a troublemaker. Also like Francesa, and she pitched really well.

That sounds fun but I think it is quite a hard way to make money.

Not surprised Connor went actually, he just straight in as soon as they got in the taxi made the choice that he didn’t want to do anything remotely unisex, alienated half the target market straight off (a little bit of hidden misogyny there?) and it must have been discussed beforehand by sir Alan with Karen and Co. Because he made it very clear he knew it was Connor’s choice to do that.

The turd-ish toothbrush was horrific, but the girls app was not educational and appeared to be nothing to do with tooth-brushing.

Also in the first few series they used to get really exclusive treats for the winning team. I'm not sure why the girls are squealing in excitement about a posh afternoon tea - if they're all as successful and high-flying as they say they are, they can surely go to a fancy cake shop any time they like?

I think now they blow the budget on the accommodation now - I'm not sure it was that fancy to start with. Suralan probably just saves his tesco club card points all year and that pays for the deals treats.

They're definitely deliberately marginalising Shama, but I'm not sure it's because of her age - Amy is older too and seems to be more accepted.

For the space theme, I'd have done a navy toothbrush with glow in the dark stars/planets etc. And made it a bit more child-sized!

I think the boys app was probably better, but the wizard looked like one of the Microsoft Office assistant characters years ago. I thought both apps looked quite dated to be honest.

I'd have been tempted to do a picture where you reveal more as you brush the teeth linked to that section.

Do you think they had control over the size of the brush? Both brushes seemed to be a similar size and shape to me so I thought that was out of their control and it was just the colour and brushes cover they could change.

I was quite surprised nothing was made of the nonsense Nick (or Nicolas) made of the stats in the pitch. It was so misleading it was almost dishonest.
