I've picked my top 4 candidates based on appearances. I like to see if they match up to the power look! Then I reassess after the first episode.

OK. So, the task was to pick products to sell on the home shopping tv channel. If 2 teams picked the same items, they had to negotiate with each other.

Saira was on one team
Tim and Paul were on the other team.

Saira dealt with with task properly and thought about the age and sex of the customers watching and what they would buy.
But Tim and Paul decided to focus on pretending to want all the same products as Saira, to screw up her choices.

As it turned out, Saira ended up with all the best products and won the task.
Tim and Paul got a huge bollocking I the board room.
