Deb was written badly I think, from the start, as I’m. Rewatching it, she is a elite force Lieutenant with the emotional capability of a teenager, but whilst she was immensely irritating I did sympathise with her downward spiralling it was perfectly understandable , but early on In the series her ‘love conflicts’ were so teenager ish and her coarse language felt so forced -, not her fault, just bad writing, possibly some bad acting too her facial expressions were awful…
You can really feel the difference in the actors capability when you gets ‘Harry’ flashbacks, I just think she’s not a great actor and coupled with bad writing maybe

The police dept were really thorough with examining the blood from the disappearance of Matt Caldwell, so why were they so sloppy with the Harrison/Ethan thing, especially when Ethan said Harrison attacked him. So it was he said/he said and they just decided to believe one kid over the other, despite the evidence not fitting Harrison's version of events

I'm remembering what frustrated me about this series before - that Dexter got away with far too many things that he shouldn't have done if the police were actually doing their job as well as they did for everyone else.

I think he'll try to teach him the code. It depends on whether Harrison will follow it or not.

It's a bit of a slow burner really confused by the Ethan thing harrison ovo got raged watching the vid about trinity...but why take it out on Ethan and not one of the twats...debs ghost is pissing me off too. I thought the killer of the girl was the other rich developer bloke that's all a bit weird anyway

But I shall overlook that for nostalgia purposes. I wonder if she will get back in touch with him? Would be interesting if he went to Iron Lake. Maybe he has a long sleeve, loud Cuban collar shirt for cooler climes.

Harrison has literally nothing appealing about him (yup I know D is a serial killer but he is occasionally funny). Couldn't believe it when he chucked his breakfast including the plate in the bin. That bacon looked amazing. Little shit.

Really enjoyed this weeks episode, I wonder if it will all fall apart for Dexter at the end of the season.
Great to see Angel back, I'm wondering if he will turn up again, given what Angela has now found out.
Glad they didn't string out the "sniper" killer, but interesting again to see how this will tie in to the overall story.
