The first time Johannes had a partner it was Catherine Tyldesley from Corrie. I remember him saying that she accepted him for who he was, and I think they had a good relationship.

That's who I was thinking of. Seem to remember their speeches were very emotional (in a nice way) when they were voted off.

Oh, I think he's the best professional technique wise of all of them .That opening professional dance from a few weeks ago was mesmerising.
I just think he needs to showcase John more (in the way that Gio does, and Oti tried to ) and (as this is the Curse thread after all) I've noticed a definite stepping aside away from him from John when they're in the interviews. Plus the "my partner Paul" bring dropped into all the interviews after Paul looked less than chuffed after the first dance.
I actually thought this was the first time he'd had a celebrity partner (I've been AWOL from Strictly for a few years)
To infer that I'm anti gay men is a pretty fucking offensive tbh, so I'll leave you to it.

Johannes is still very close to Catherine Tilsdale. He was seriously patient last year with Caroline, even with the licking.

The amount of rumoured hook ups this year has to be a record! The only one I'm convinced by is Kai and AJ.

I really can't stand Johannes at all - nothing to do with being homophobic and everything to do with not liking him constantly making everything about himself. He really needs to learn from Gio and Graz about how to showcase and get the best out of his partner and not make himself the centre of attention all the time. I want to see the celebrity, not the professional dancer.

I feel the same about Neil and was so glad he went out early.

I saw an entertaining tweet about AJ & Kai at the weekend - ‘ The couple's choice VTs are always so weird, AJ emotionally dedicating a dance to her mum and then following it by launching herself vagina first at Kai's face.’

Tbf, Kai is very sexy when dancing. As soon as he stops, so do my hormones. 🤣🤣

@HollaHolla my god, he was sexy in that dance. I really enjoyed it, I was very pleased it wasn't the usual street dance or contemporary (excluding Rose and Gios as that was amazing)
