Who do you all think is at risk this year? I think Adam and Katya

I think Karen has done Strictly a huge disservice by making Greg look a bit daft. She obviously thought it would be a hoot but which celebrity over the age of 30 is going to want to go on the show now? I certainly wouldn’t.

I agree with that. I'm not keen on Karen or Katya. It's all about them innit? They both seem to treat it as a stage to showcase their own ability and spend a lot of time dancing round their men. I think the high marks for Sara and Tilly are bonkers. They're improving sure, but it's just the oooh-ahhhh drama of their dances this week that pushed them up. (I know this is prob more for the "proper" Strictly thread but that is too fast moving and they're too knowledgeable for me!)

I think Ranvir did the same last year after her Argentine Tango. I think she felt or hoped Giovanni wasn't just acting the part

To be fair I think we'd all feel like that if we were dancing with Gio.

I don't think the pros have a choice as to what dance they do to what music, or what costumes and props are involved. Well, maybe some input, but I'd be surprised if they got the final say.

I think middle-aged celebs looking ridiculous has pretty much been a mainstay of Strictly. I'm sure plenty are put off by it but equally I'm sure there are plenty willing to do it either to raise their profile or just because they want to learn to dance.

Strictly seems to make or break people. Greg may not mind though because I doubt money is a problem for him. He seems like a really great bloke though.

Yes, definitely they do all the choreography. But I've heard lots of pros over the years talk about 'When we were given the song' etc, so I suspect unless they put in a special request (and it's listened to) its producers' choice really.

When I see the marks that Sara and Tilly get, then I think they should bring Jay and Danny Mac and retrospectively mark them both 20s.

@IntermittentParps ah so the producers must have had something against poor Greg 🤣 I think they try to get a bit of a fun joke act every year like Ed Balls, Ann Widecombe, John Sargeant etc but it's not worked the last few years as Bill was really good last year and won, then Greg took it serious. I don't like joke acts, Bill proved age doesn't matter.

Tonight's, which I do hope is just crap, seems to imply Rose and Gio.

This foreign born actress currently stars on the show every UK actor/actress seems to find time for in their career. She is a fan favorite and has no idea that she is about to be slammed by the ex of the celebrity guy she is dating, accusing her of being a home wrecker.
