Serena's yellow final dress is the antithesis of the first episode's buffet dress. You'd be struggling to munch on a load of sausage rolls and houmous with that yellow frontage in the way 😊

I have a few of Tilly's patterns and her book Stretch. All the instructions are really well explained with photos, perhaps because she so recently (in terms of that series) learned to sew she understands the need for details that beginners might have.

It makes sense. But having never seen these series before, I kinda thought that she had won, considering how big she is now. I am not slating her off or anything, I have used her patterns and tutorials myself when I was learning how to sew. It's just funny how some contestants blow up, when the winners often don't.

I also wish they would bring back the transformation challenge where they were all given an identical item and asked to transform it.

Have you seen the first Christmas special? It's absolutely amazing with them all getting involved and both Patrick and May sewing.

Will have to hunt for that. Currently on series 4. Just watched the bras with ds1 blushing all the way through 🤣

Realised I've seen most of series 5 as that's the one with Jen @jenerates. So I need to hop back to series 2. It's hard working g out what I have and haven't seen with the random 2 year gaps.

I remember thinking in the first series that Tilly had the design skill and Ann had the sewing talent. Combine them and it would have been amazing.
