I sorted through my drawer of "older tech" the other day.

I found I have got a LOT of burner phones, and yes they pre date the time when if you bought them you had to give your details. And I probably paid cash for them!

I still think Lomax is dodgy. He's been under the radar since ep 1 but gave up his phone in disgust when Kate insisted while we were all distracted looking at Ryan's reaction. Plus he looks like Ryan's older brother so definitely dodgy in my book.

What rank is Lomax? He was shirty about the phone and refused to join Kate when they divided up to the two possible workshop sites. Is he just being chippy with her because he doesn't want to take orders from her? Steve went through that when she first got promoted.

Although I couldn't have told you his name! But he does look like Ryan, so I knew who you meant.

Lomax reminds me more of Dot than Ryan.

I might be imagining it. But I just rewatched the ending again and when Ryan gets out of the car, you can see another pair of shoes get out on the other side of the car. So is there a 4th person there?

Or it might be just Kate or Jo’s shoes that you can see?

I think Lomax is more undercover than Kate (and has her back) and is watching and following Jo.

Osborne is the one I deeply suspect of being a wrong 'un. Spidey senses, intuition, gut reaction - dunno - but I really would hate to be in a lift with him.

Good spot re the extra pair of legs but having rewatched I think it might just be that the camera angle changes and you’re seeing Kate’s legs start to walk off? Not sure.

I thought he was just being loyal to Jo. Like Gates' team in S1. Lomax is quite good looking.

How do bad guys manage to source an endless supply of these throwaway burner /Bernard phones which always seem to be a Nokia made more than 10. years ago? Is there a factory still churning them out somewhere?

You get them in Tesco. I have one for work!
