Though I'd imagine that there were others in there much more well known that Giovanna is.

It’s a shame Jordan didn’t win out of the two. His highlights were a lot more entertaining and he definitely was a good camp mate. Although I’m not mad Gi did win, she seems very nice, I just found her unremarkable in there and didn’t expect her to be queen.

Really pleased Jordan was second he’s done so well and might not be the substitute teacher as they call him on radio 1 anymore!
Hope he gets a bigger profile as he is such a lovely naturally funny man. The “chats “ with Ant and Dec on his last trial was v funny!
Decs wife might have something to say about his happy place being at football !
Happy for Giovanna to be queen but Jordan is king of the castle in our house.

Really happy Gi won she was my fave. Both were great finalists and I'm sure they're both going to do well after the show

I can't remember much conflict in any of the most recent seasons really. I think this year they were all so bloody happy to have some human contact (wouldn't we all!) I think it would always have been the way it was.

The fighting on here is more entertaining than the show was.
I liked Gi, glad she won.

I think its funny that anyone is 'gutted' about one celebrity winning over another in a light hearted tv entertainment show

Ah pleased she won, she came across really well.

I think this years show was just a lot of light hearted fun which is really what many folks wanted after a shit year.

We don’t always need ro see folks fighting or falling out.

Yes, think having a lot of people having fun and enjoying themselves, and getting in well, was really nice this year. One of the years where lots were falling out, being bitchy etc was really uncomfortable to watch and just wouldn't have worked this year.

I felt like we didn't see much of her and she didn't do much of note. She seems nice enough but she wasn't in my top 5! I really didn't like vernon and I was surprised how funny, warm and entertaining he was.
Gi was just a bit beige for me!
Love the programme tho and love ant and dec, a nice bit if escapism

Sad for Jordan. I really think he deserved it he definitely kept my household entertained. Giovanna not so much. Not that she might not have been nice, just a bit boring didn’t do anything worth winning other than she was good at the trial tonight

I’ve never been a Katie Price fan, but the way Kim Woodburn spoke to her on the show was appalling.

Why is everyone surprised At Gi winning. I certainly had no idea who she was when she went in. If Shane won, I would've thought it's due to his popularity on eastenders

As a lot of others have said, Gi just didnt seem to do a whole lot but sounds like it just wasn't shown.. the show was just 'here's them reacting to whoever left', 'castle coin challenge!', 'tonight's trial', 'dinner', 'next vote off'... perhaps if they brought back the livestream, we'd have seen more - particularly given no time difference. We'd definitely have tuned in across the day!

Ah well, enjoyed it as it's the first time I've watched with DC (who were also gutted about Jordan although DD was all for Vernon winning tonight!).

Roll on next year!!

Because people liked her? Dont understand why its confusing.

I voted for her throughout and liked her as she had a get-on-with-it attitude and didnt cause any drama. Yes it may have been 'boring' but i prefered that to someone making a big song and dance about something (jess in the drinking trials for example compared to Gi's eating trials. Jess' gagging and full body convulsions etc had to be exagerated. Gi just got on with it) I can respect that a lot more.
