I like gi. Really thought Shane would win. Was shocked when he was voted out.

Best of the final 3 won IMO.

I would have liked to have seen more of Mo. I felt he didn't get enough camera time especially at the start, and he was just starting to come out of his shell in this final week. Seemed like a really nice person.

She has done nothing interesting or exciting the whole series. Hardly any trials.
She's a strong mum, great aren't we all.

If you look at the backing before it even started then that'll explain some of the votes surely.

I dont like how they keep saying 3 weeks as though the show wasn't two days shorter this year and no live shows on Saturdays !

Disappointed. I don't really get why she won. I'm not convinced she was hugely surprised at the result. But it's just a game, a competition, and the best man/woman won. Good telly at a bleak time.

I think its funny that anyone is 'gutted' about one celebrity winning over another in a light hearted tv entertainment show... Its not like Gi is going to really have any more opportunities than any of the others which is why they all went in. Theres no big 'prize' for winning it.

Everyone can agree that Jordan has had the best journey on this so he is going to get a massive boost from this and has definitely raised his profile massively. The same as vernon winning lots of people over and seeming to eventually shake the sexting thing thats hung over him. No one really cares or will remember that they didnt actually win when they get their career boost from this.

Not really something to be gutted about.

I would rather it was a month. Like celeb big brother used to be.

I don't think Gi's social media presence is bigger than the Corrie/Eastenders vote.

I think she won it on her own merit. I'd certainly never heard of her before but thought she came across well.

Ant and Dec really excelled this year. Bouncing off each other, naturally funny, relaxed, not as scripted as previous years.
Really enjoy watching them this year.

Guess the only way to avoid that would for it not to be a 'celeb' version and just have unknowns taking part.

Though I wouldn't have though she was the most well known person taking part this year.

That's one thing I noticed in the last week.
Giovanna didnt seem surprised she kept surviving.
Also her reaction to winning was very meh.

The people voting in huge numbers were her fans. Not casual voters.
She would have maybe placed 5th otherwise.

I agree @ScottishStottie Emily Attack and Joel Dommett did really well when they were runners up. Jordan is lovely and had a massive journey and would have been a worthy winner too. I think after this year it was nice just to see someone being nice and kind and normal! Glad Gi won, I was hoping she would from the start.

ScottishStottie - I agree. In the end the result for all of the is the same. If they were going to do anything extra following this they'd t]do it just the same. I'm not sure winning or being a runner up makes any difference when it's a celeb edition.

Ah pleased she won, she came across really well.

I think this years show was just a lot of light hearted fun which is really what many folks wanted after a shit year.

We don’t always need ro see folks fighting or falling out.
