Few of these dishes would thrive after even 5 minutes in a sealed container.

How are they delivered hot? On some sort of thermal sedan chair?

I can’t remember what they normally do in the finals week but will obviously be constrained by Covid. I think there would have been an invention test at this stage, then cooking with the leftovers which was obviously not possible.

Agree that the “take away” aspect really did appear to be serve food in a box at the table. Would have been interesting seeing a round adapting their own food for a proper take away so eaten 15 mins later.

I found Jonno’s winking a bit distracting, he was doing it in the heats as well. I thought it might be a facial tic, but now I’m not so sure.
It’s quite a strong year isn’t it. Do you think they’ll actually do an overseas jolly this year or stay in the UK (cos COVID)?
Bart’s my favourite, I think. So calm and quietly confident (which IMO is much nicer than aggressively confident, mentioning no names - a couple of them are a bit obnoxiously full of themselves). I also like Santosh and Viktor.
