Why on earth would you put tequila in a savarin?

I know! I'm a bit terrified that there will be a massive shock and Hermine will be the leaver - since she's supposed to be good at patisserie!

I'll be happy with Hermine and Peter in the final. Not fussed which of the other two, I like them but they're not my faves.

Hermine seems a really lovely person as well as being an amazing baker.

I didn't think Laura would leave those pipettes in. I don't like the way it looks.

Oh I missed Hermine's wobble, what was it? I thought hers looked beautiful and the creme pat and cream looked well proportioned.

Mmm I was a bit conflicted about the plastic pipettes too.

They said it was a bit heavy and bready.

@CaptainMyCaptain I was just saying the same thing. Bits of plastic sticking out of pretty patisserie.
