Anyone else getting excited? The Diana trailer looks great. It's on Netflix on 15th November.

I’m up to episode 8. I think that Prince Edward has won the series so far, with that line referencing Charles roasting Andrew on his wedding day.

“That really was impressively cunty”

I proper laughed out loud. That’ll be my new catchphrase for a while. Said in a cut glass accent.

I'm pretty sure that irl Prince Charles is not nearly as awful as he's portrayed here.

I've just finished series 4. It made me cry twice. When diana danced with Wayne sleep - I thought what a beautiful creative soul she was and how she deserved to be loved. And when she hugged a child with AIDS - again she gave so much more of herself than was expected.

I find it so sad. I'm no royalist and not some ardent diana fan. She was treated like breeding stock.

Bit late to the party but I have just finished S4. I wonder how different it would all have been had Charles died in the avalanche. Diana would probably be alive, remarried with more children. William and Harry would have grown into different men (and perhaps married different women). It would be Wiliam at approaching 40 waiting to be King, not a old man in his 70's (not that I wish any ill to Charles) makes you wonder!

Diana died being chased by paparazzi.... do you think that would have been less had she been widowed? If that had still happened, William and Harry could have been orphaned.

I do think she would have lived her life differently yes. Obviously just my thoughts
