Couldn't see a new thread so started this one. So we're now into a show of two halves, edited together - pre and post lockdown! Who's shouting "before" "after" at each scene?

I remember Todd running off chased by a policeman, and Summer hiding in some bushes watching, but I have no recollection of what led up to it.

Peter will know not to move the engine, he was in the navy. I'd forgotten about Summer, most people forget about Summer.
I like Todd, he causes havoc.
I hope Adam and Sarah sort themselves out, and go to live in a smart apartment, hopefully beside Maria and Gary.

I think Adam should move his broken Scottish heart down south and fall in love with me

My husband is a mechanic and said that would’ve landed with much more force and have done a lot more damage.

Shona seems to have made a miraculous recovery ! She didn't know what day it was a few weeks ago now she's joking around with Sarah !!

I will be watching this episode tomorrow and having read these comments, I'm looking forward to quality acting, gripping scenes of high drama and realistic mechanical trauma. I can't wait! 😒

Yes, I thought that too. I kind of assumed I'd missed some crucial miracle recovery scenes, like she'd been carted off to Lourdes or summat.

Is Todd (with a new head) actually going to appear do you think? Could he be coming back?

Where is Eileen? I presume the actress is shielding.

I always thought Todd wasn't a very good actor, so if he comes back it has to be newhead Todd.

Eileen is in Thailand with Jason I think. As soon as flights resume I hope she returns, and brings Jason to do building things.

Why did Jason go to Thailand? Was there a reason or did he just go traveling?

Did Sophie go traveling? She was meant to go with her lawyer girlfriend but I can’t remember what happened? Also (I’m not going to say her name) where has Sophie’s sister gone?! One of the worst actresses ever so I hope she doesn’t come back now I’ve mentioned her!!

Sophie's sister went to Japan as she got a job as 'glamorous assistant' on a gameshow I think. Sophie went travelling to join even crapper actress Johnny's daughter. Forgotten the name! Was it Kate? I can't remember how Sophie got the money to do it, though. Paula pretended she was going to go but pulled out at the last minute to give Sophie her freedom. Going to catch up on last night's episode now. Hope it doesn't put me off my porridge!

If there was a tier grading of acting ability in Corrie, I reckon: Roy and Evelyn would be near the top at the "Stage Ack Tours Dahling" Peter maybe a close second at the "Bromley Community Theatre" level.

Then right at the bottom there's Steve and Dev at the "One expression to show all emotions" level
The Sean at the "Stereotypical Gay Guy"
Then the kids of the street at the "My drama schools head is married to Corrie's casting director" level
Right down here is where you'd find Rosie, around the tier of "God Awful and Please Make The Cringe Stop" A similar level to "Ex pop singer trying acting"

There is also the Academy which awards 'Gurning Prize of the Year'.
