Couldn't see a new thread so started this one. So we're now into a show of two halves, edited together - pre and post lockdown! Who's shouting "before" "after" at each scene?

They made her think they we’re her friends but were mocking her and one of them got her really drunk (on purpose) and it caused problems when the police stopped her as she had the quads while intoxicated. And there was something else about a “girls over for drinks” thing they lied about and she found them all together socialising without her.

Gary and Maria’s wedding, has that just been decided on this week? I don’t remember any discussion of them getting married before now. Also Gary has no friends to be his best man! he could’ve asked fizzbomb or that Sharon?

It’s interesting that Geoff told Faye that sally has been abusing him for years. That’s what he has said about Yasmeen too and about his previous wife tessa. I wonder if Faye is smart enough to recognise a pattern.

I think what Bernie did was worse than Chesney's reaction. How will it be explained that Vanessa didn't turn up to see Gemma? Although I thought her speech was well done, I don't think she should have interfered. Although, I'm sure it's not the end of the storyline and I'm overthinking it, as it I do most things

When Mary first moved into the street (or before when she was just a visitor) I really didn't like her. Then she become one of my favourite characters. she reminds me of me a bit. Yes she did. That she who she found them all having a get together when they’d told her they weren’t. It’s a bit odd that they just lived behind her house and Gemma didn’t already know them. I suppose if it’s like Corrie street the other woman never needs to leave her street for work or shopping etc

Yes I did think it odd at the time that she didn't know them, or at least have recognised them as living nearby. Mind you we didn't know the people who lived the other side of the alley growing up. But the alley wasn't like the one in Corrie with bins etc in it. It was overgrown with weeds and a bit creepy in the dark. We only used it to get bikes in and out.

But when Gemma spoke to bitchy woman they made it sound like her and the other one lived in naice big houses, i would assume the ones that back onto Coronation Street would be a similar type of house.
