When Tim's mum visited the taxi office and she revealed she's his mum, they rowed, she tried to write her details on an envelope and Tim sort of swept it off the counter.

You can get a shortened copy of your birth certificate, that doesn't have parents' names on it. Maybe Tim has always had the shortened one.

I'm getting really fed up of the endless arguments between Tim/Geoff/Sally which just seem to be covering the same ground and not pushing the plot any further on. If Yasmeen has to have a bypass, won't that just hold up the trial for longer?

Just watched on catch up. Craig looked a shadow of his self! He looked so different, and as if a policeman could find out more and talk about it. Ridiculous.

Surely someone can dig into marriage certs, birth certs, death certs... it's easy enough online. Why isn't Aliya doing that to prove Geoff is lying? or is that too simple for Corrie

When Geoff tells Tim that Tess is his mum, does he mean Tess is his biological mum or Tess brought him up as his mum? And which does/did Tim think? I'm a bit confused by it.
"But she IS your Mum" could mean she gave birth to you or it could mean, don't worry about your biological mother - she left you - and Tess loved you and brought you up as her own.

Well I think he had always let Tim believe that tess was his biological mum. Not sure if he ever said the words “tess is your biological mum” (because why would you need to if it had never been questioned). Tim seems to have had no knowledge that there was another woman who was or might have been his mum. Until last night he was rejecting the whole notion of it. Knowing Geoff as we do I assume when he says “tess is your mum” he’s perpetuating the lie that he started years ago that she is his biological mum.

In real life, Sally would have twigged ages ago she needs to look at Tim's long-form birth certificate or get hold of one.

He might have been happy but I doubt she was. He's a nasty man, poor Tim is going to have to face that.

I think I might have read a spoiler at the weekend. I'm obviously not putting it on here and no idea if it's true or not, but it was when I was scrolling down something like MSN news, it might have just been hearsay. V annoying. No idea why they do this.

Anyway, looking forward to seeing the real stuff tonight.

Some people like reading spoilers I think. It would save me the bother of watching tbh.

But there's something about that 30minutes of my tv show. Daughter has to shut her mush, a nice cuppa and even a Garibaldi...
So rock and roll... But I'd miss it i think, which is why I keep watching and why I avoid spoilers.
Except that one this week about the Covid sweeping through the street and it being the end of Sean, Chesney, builder family, Dev and family, Brian, all the platts and Nick and Steve and Toyah... Weirdly, all the characters I like are safe and Covid free..
