Couldn't see a new thread so started this one. So we're now into a show of two halves, edited together - pre and post lockdown! Who's shouting "before" "after" at each scene?

The ‘dead before he was born’ makes sense because according to Geoff, Phillipa/Elaine isn’t Tim’s mum. So she was his first wife and supposedly died. Then there was Tessa (who Geoff claims was Tim’s mum). Not sure exactly what happened to her or how much involvement she had with Tim growing up, but I assume she’s dead now too.

I hope tessa turns up and is the other one from Man About the House.

Elaine, when she’s all nervous, reminds me of Wendolene from Wallace and Gromit!

Ah ha - hence Faye's transformation! She's obviously broken free of being styled by the producers as a Seb-a-like misery-gob and looks very nice now she's doing her own style.

Good point @JamieLeeCurtains - she does it much better if she's doing it herself and very much reminds me of my 18 year old niece with her styling.

I'd love for a group of Geoff's exes to turn up and properly expose him. Do we think he killed Tessa? Or where is she meant to have gone / die of?

I hope he hasn’t done anything other than scare her. He’d have struggled, surely, to dispose of a body etc. Hopefully he just grabbed her phone and threatened her. She’ll turn up cowering on the Red Wreck or something!

I hope Tim's rose coloured specs are coming off...

The thing is... there are times when they are together, and when say Geoff is talking to Sally or anyone else, he is quite sharp and bordering on nasty, more and more.
I hope Tim is seeing that

Can detective hairstyle track Elaine's movements by her mobile phone? Track to where she was, then back by Geoffs car?

Happens to me all the time! It's a combination of DS coming in to ask me something and sitting right in front of the tv, or me drifting off because Gary's doing his Acting Face.

@eggandonion well you'd assume so, wouldn't you?! But this being Corrie, where people manage to get married without checking their own birth certificates, or indeed existing marital status, who knows.

To be fair when Gary starts doing his monosyllabic acting I switch off. Although there was a bright spot for me this week with him.

Det. Haircut and her crew could deffo track Elaine from mobile phone. But in all honesty, does anyone think Geoff actually did her in? I don't think so.
I think he got in her face and scared the living daylights out of her. And she ran off. Hopefully just for now.
She was trying so so hard to stand up to him. It would be a powerful message showing her coming back again.

And Sarah is clearly stain love with Gary. Can she not see what she’s got right in front of her??

Well remembered! He couldn’t read could he? So he’d have had no interest in looking at his birth certificate.

Imagine if Tessa is still alive too and Geoff’s got a load of exes he’s done this to. They could all come out of the woodwork when they see it in the newspaper and come forward to tell their story.

Remember when Alya was first using Claire's Law to check up on Geoff? There was mention of someone that he'd abused, but the charges were dropped. I don't think that was someone married to him, so perhaps that's another person that could corroborate Yasmeen and Elaine's experience of Geoff's abuse?

That right. A former girlfriend. They had a row in a bar or restaurant and the police were called. He told Yasmeen that the woman had assaulted him.

Does Det.Haircut know more than she's letting on, given he has a record re Claire's Law?
