Might not be, he won’t need to be in charge and he is more used to only having verbal input so may be able to follow quite well. Obviously if he gets paired with one of the weaker cooks he is screwed.

I thought Amar was a lovely man, so positive and relishing the experience. I was so scared for him in the professional kitchen, with chefs rushing everywhere.
Leeshur was massively irritating. Stupid salmon dance! I thought Jeff was a bit unlucky to be the one sent home.

Simon I was thinking of the fact that they say the finished dishes must look as well as taste the same. Bit difficult for him as so much relies on being able to describe what they doing visually.

The wall's going to be a bit unfair on Amar, isn't it? yes and no. As he’s blind he would rely on verbal instruction anyway, plus if he’s paired with one of the lesser cooks then he can give more of the instruction no?

I am blind and cook a lot, in fact I have a cookery podcast, and while presentation is often a difficult one, the actual cooking process really isn’t that hard...

I'd say the communication part will be easier for him as his hearing will be heightened. The presentation I don't know about tho
