Dawn is seriously dodgy. I can’t link it but they have liquidated their company a month after signing it over to Ashley’s 90 year old father 😡.

I like most of the RH programmes but Cheshire I'm down to only really liking Tanya and Hanna(h)?. Dawn and Lauren are awful.

What a lot you can learn from Companies House! Including learning that Skulpt is making sod all money and its accounts are two months overdue.

Genuinely, where are they making money? The design company has been wound up and didn’t seem to be generating much profit anyway. Perhaps they did some fairly successful property development in the past (interestingly, with one of the founders of American Golf) and have been living off the proceeds ever since?

The timing of Dawn and Ashley being terminated as directors dovetails quite nicely with the time Leanne lent them a couple of hundred grand. As is so often the case with Dawn (eg Sinitta napkingate) I wish I knew the full story!

No wonder she is so keen to push her dopey daughters’ influencing activities. And her own, presumably.

Very interesting about Dawn, although not surprising. I always thought the most telling thing about her was a few series ago. She was going on about Royston and the other one (always just think Vasey when I hear Royston) and how they were soooo close and she was asking them to be God Parents. She went to visit them and mentioned she had never been to their house before! Now I get she has a huge house and it's good for parties and doing her hair blah blah, but NEVER been to their house? All that says to me is it's a total one way friendship.

They are dodgy as fuck and I hope the Inland Revenue are all over them. Didn't Dawn mention they have been given permission for residential spa? Their application for a wedding venue was turned down a few times.

No idea why Seema would be so upset or believe such bullshit, shit stirring. I though she was smarter than that. Maybe that's her agreed storyline? Wendy/mean girl nonsense.

Their house isn't on Rightmove any more, so I presume they aren't selling?

If you search Dawn Ward it comes up on companies house with what she's been up to.

Dawn Ward Limited has liabilities of £23k. So I surmise that the influencing hasn’t been going so well.

There’s also Bilton Ward properties (which they have both ceased to be directors of), a stud farm (???!!!) that looks like a hobby project and Arista Design, which I assume was the interior design business but appears to have made sod all money recently.

Tanya, Hannah and Rachael all tried to have a sensible conversation but Dawn wasn’t having any of it and shut them down.

Dawn arriving on that holiday totally killed the mood. She knew that, yet still went on the attack, even to the ones who were trying to support her.

Dawn is a nasty piece of work. She's got worse as it's gone along. All this, 'she's soft on the inside' is rubbish. She's out for herself. I honestly think that she may have a drinking problem and that Ash is exhausted with her. He relies upon her though...

I also really wouldn't be surprised if the conversation of a baby with Esther as a surrogate had come up somewhere along the line. I was always confused by her moving her in. Dawn hated her for years and then all of a sudden moved Esther in who is pretty vulnerable and also obsessed with Dawn. She would be easily used.

Lauren has to be the most ridiculous person, particularly when speaking to the camera!

I admire Tanya. She stuck up for Leanne in what was clearly a horrible situation. She's the only one that dares say anything genuine despite being terrified. They're all scared of Dawn and like another poster said, they're all just wooden! Oh, Rachel is fab too. Dawn doesn't treat her well.

I like Tanya. She seems like a ruddy good egg.

I think Nicole will be fine with Tanya and Hannah. Rach too once she’s stopped being on the prowl. It just seems out of character for her.

I work with someone like DW. You are on pins and guessing what kind of humour they are going to be in every day. It’s bloody unsettling.

If I put those two in a room I reckon one of them would come out without a face.

Although I think Tanya overestimated her business woman credentials, she does have some backbone.
She is prepared to stand up for herself and others if she feels they are being unfairly treated, that's an admirable quality especially when you're a bit scared of some people.

Just caught up on the latest episode. Wow Dawn really does put a damper on things doesn't she? everyone is frightened to death of her it seems.

Well done to Tanya for leaving it and going home to her family when it was obviously really getting to her. And of course you have Esther who isn't there because of Dawn as she is terrified. I agree with what somebody said above I bet the surrogacy idea has been suggested but Dawn is now horrified it has come out.

Tamra hiding in the bushes! She's just horrid, when she's been drinking she always causes trouble and then acts like a little girl to get them to cuddle her , like it wasn't me,I didn't do anything! Silly Eddie could have done so much better

Dawn is jealous that the Kinsellas will earn more than her and have a more successful business. She likes to "take people under her wing" but can't bear not being top dog. All this crap about Hanna talking about herself. She's always done that - she's been daddy's princess and she's had the best education and tutors to get into dentistry. Dawn is threatened by her and that's what caused the rift.

Dawn will 💯 end the series having an engineered row with Nicole because Nicole is of no use to Dawn.

Tanya is a street fighter but fair enough to remove herself if she can't manage her anger. Can't believe how little Dawn cared when Tanya fell down the steps. She tried to make sure there was no bad blood with Dawn but there was no middle ground.

I'm intrigued what went on with Ester though. Ester will have had to be charged rent so maybe Dawn needed the income? They should have taken Ester off the cast this season. She can pick and choose what she goes to!
