Gutted it's not in tonight. I didn't see the first series but can't find it on iPlayer. Anyone know where I can watch it?

Coming back to answer my own question as I found the answer on Angela's Instagram.

Series 1 not currently on iPlayer but bbc are working on it.

They've already started series 3 and some of the projects are currently being built.

I'm always behind - just caught the last episode and was so disappointed. Poor Laura tried to be diplomatic by saying "we have very different tastes", but it's clear that the homeowner made several incredibly strange design decisions.

The shade of purple and inelegant panelling in the hallway, the tiled floor (which could have been beautiful if she hadn't intervened), the objectively terrible vinyl on the kitchen floor, the tiny dining table, and everything in the snug was just such a letdown. At least the kitchen was nice even if the layout was slightly idiosyncratic!

Loved the previous episode though, a much better example of how to do it right!

Was the Margate one the last one then? Awwww...

@fascinated no there's one more but not sure when it's on, hopefully this coming Tuesday.

Thank you to whoever said that interior design challenge was on Prime. I’ve been enjoying that as I didn’t see the earlier series.

I wish they'd bring back that Interior Design Challenge.

@Strawberrypancakes there's one last episode but messed up the scheduling and it's not been shown in order so it should be on in the next week or two hopefully (which is what Angela Scanlon seemed to confirm)

So frustrating, I wish they'd at least have uploaded it to iplayer so we could just watch it there I hate broken up series but it's even worse when it's only 1 episode left.

Bbc iplayer site refers to Margate episode as 5/7, implying that there are 2 more episodes.
However under the "next on" section it o ly lists repeats of earlier episodes.
I thi k they did something similar for series 1, showed a couple of episodes. Gap. Then a few more.
What else can I watch that's similar?

@BruceAndNosh Sarah Beeny's Renovate Don't Relocate on HGTV (Monday 8pm - think it's repeated on a Sunday) is good. You can stream it on DPlay too but annoyingly you can't get DPlay on a Firestick as there's no app!

I once saw a crazy US show called 2 chicks and a hammer... House looked great in the end but I wasn’t entirely clear about whether they had fixed the massive structural issues in the basement ! Never managed to find any more episodes but I liked the show!
