Most of these dungarees are hideous !

MoltenLasagne · 06/05/2020 21:55

Omg the little girl posing in the star dungarees was so cute! Love the lightweight dungarees too.

What I don't understand is why anyone would make kids dungarees and not use buckles?

Roussette · 06/05/2020 21:55

Tie dye was really good

dillite · 06/05/2020 21:55

SoupDragon I fear that at their current age it might look a bit too Octoberfest or this

😂😂

Haggisfish · 06/05/2020 21:56

I think Fiona to go

HMSSophie · 06/05/2020 21:56

Joes pan stick is showing

CaptainMyCaptain · 06/05/2020 21:57

I love the star dungarees and the model obviously loved them too.

Roussette · 06/05/2020 21:57

Me and DD guessed that

SoupDragon · 06/05/2020 21:57

Was Fiona The one who made the "whole watermelon"?

HMSSophie · 06/05/2020 21:58

She was indeed soup

CaptainMyCaptain · 06/05/2020 21:58

We guessed it this afternoon before the programme. It was the right choice but it was touch and go with Hazel.

HMSSophie · 06/05/2020 21:59

Sport wear. Pah. See you then!

Jellykat · 06/05/2020 21:59

Well Fionas departure was no surprise, bless her

Poshjock · 06/05/2020 21:59

You can see the difficulties they have with the time. That upside down pocket just threw Hazel and she couldn't recover in the time. There was a lot of fit issues and wonky dungarees there. I thought the concept of them all was lovely though.

dillite · 06/05/2020 21:59

violet I know! How could most of them get such bad fit on their dungarees? Almost all of them had bad fit around midriff especially with fabric either buckling or being just bad.

I knew it would be Fiona- I have a feeling that she's someone who doesn't sew very fast and likes to take her time (I am the same. Takes me 90 minutes just to get my thread going as I get distracted). Had the times been longer, I think she would have done better.

Jellykat · 06/05/2020 22:00

See y'all next week

KatyMac · 06/05/2020 22:00

DD wants dungarees now - she is 22!

CaptainMyCaptain · 06/05/2020 22:01

I think it would have been quicker for Hazel to cut another pocket and stitch it one than do that silly thing with the falling spaceman.

2Rebecca · 06/05/2020 22:01

I like Therese's but think they're too short

CaptainMyCaptain · 06/05/2020 22:02

The pale yellow was insipid and totally impractical.

KatyMac · 06/05/2020 22:03

What was the very thick cotton/thread for the Africa outline?

2Rebecca · 06/05/2020 22:05

Agree she should have cut out another pocket

MoltenLasagne · 06/05/2020 22:09

The thick thread will be top stitching thread. I've used it on jeans and it is tricky with tension. She did a fantastic job.

Roussette · 06/05/2020 22:10

Fiona has been towards the bottom all the way through...
