Are we expecting that she's going to discover his 'sordid' secret and will be driven straight into the awaiting arms of Dylan?

To me it came across like Lev is repelled by the fact that he's gay and hasn't accepted it at all (due to his upbringing?) And that's why this marriage has happened

I feel ignoring the Charlie storyline is the best tactic. Denial is quite effective.

I have to say I was half expecting with the heart transplant guy (last week), I was expecting it to turn out to be Duffy's heart and Charlie become obsessed.

Jan was acting weirdly around her partner, not at all like her professional self. Why do the feisty female paramedics have to be lesbian (Dixie, Jan)?

On Facebook page some people were saying they think she's afraid of her and looking back there is a clue of that...

I also got the impression that Jan was afraid of her partner ..... I definitely got an underlying sense of her partner having some form of control over Jan and her also enjoying having that power.

I can't say I picked up on that, but they had an odd dynamic. As if Jan couldn't do anything right. Maybe a storyline about emotional abuse/coercive control in a lesbian relationship?

Does anyone else think that Faith is deliberately excluding Lev from things? It's a desperately sad situation, but I don't think she's being fair to Lev or Dylan.

I quite liked Fenisha seeing Ethan in a different light, and was grateful Charlie and Connie were off shift.

Maybe Lev has never been very emotionally supportive of Faith? It's just come home to roost now that they are going through a very difficult time with their DS's cancer diagnosis? The emotional support she's wanting from Dylan goes over and above friendship though. They have already crossed a line methinks.

Yes, I loved the way Fenisha saw Ethan in a very different light yesterday (and that he's a big Dr Who fan!!).

And liked the returning 'squaddie' storyline for continuity and showingJacob in a good light.

That would be my take on it too. Wasn't there something at the start (of the appearance of the two of them) where he was dismissive of her and didn't give support. Remeber some episode where we saw them at home and she was making breakfast, getting things together and arranging childcare. He was really unhelpful. Memory too vague for more details than that.
