Starting to get a bit sick of the older demographic not being represented. Didn't the first five or so years have a good mix of older and younger contestants?

I actually thought the argument Lewis had with the other two was quite honest and refreshing. He was willing to accept fault and responsibility as part of the sales team and admit that he bought them in there because he couldn't bring in Del Boy as he'd sold the most. It was clear he was being shouted over and whilst I hate aggression vehemently, I felt he was speaking from a place of passion rather than anger. I've heard far far worse in there before.

Can't stand Lottie. Suspect she'll go far though as she's entertaining in the love to hate her sort of way Bit like Jackie from last year.

Think the older demographic is missing because the candidate profile is now clueless and overconfident whilst lacking in all ability.

Anyone in that profile can't be older because they won't have held a job of worth boasting about for any credible about of time. Theyve failed so many times it's impossible to make it out as anything positive.

The younger ones are just heading for the first failure.

Initial observations:
