Shona’s dress was without a doubt a king size bed sheet that the costume department must have grabbed at the last minute and pinned on her, it was awful cringe making dress. , the worst I’ve ever seen at a soap wedding. And why didn’t David change his clothes, surely Gail got the court suit cleaned for him. It was totally ridiculous and naff.

Oh good grief! I've been a loyal Corrie viewer for years but I can't believe all the ridiculous unpleasant characters and outrageously stupid storylines at the moment! Gary, Robert, Tim's Dad.....all thoroughly nasty and unlikeable and yet we're supposed to believe that the ladies of Weatherfield are falling at their feet! At this rate, the only sympathetic male characters are going to be Peter Barlow and David Platt!

I’m not bang up to date as I’ve been in hospital (abroad) so no uk tv but Steve reminded me so much of Jack Duckworth in the ‘dad’ hospital scenes. He seems to be morphing into him

Why is everyone supposed to be so scared of Gary? Ryan looking terrified as he pushed him against a wall - why not retaliate? If he was a huge tattooed thug, or had an evil criminal family behind him, it would make sense - but none of those things!

Tbh he's the only guy on the street it actually makes any sense to be wary of.
He's an ex soldier and ex mercenary. He should be trained in hand to hand and weapon use etc. Makes more sense to be wary of him than wary of David the mealy mouthed whiny little shitehawk or Adam the greasy haired shave needer.

I hate the Gary character more than I hated Phelan, and that's saying something! Hopefully someone will land him in hospital and he'll find himself being treated by Ali.
